The US and its allies have full relations with Muslim Pakistan and Hindu
India -- both nations have a long history of extreme animosity towards
each other.
And they have nukes. Pakistan tried to hide its nuke weaponry program, and
India wasn't very forthright about its nuke intentions, either. Despite
sanctions, both nations completed their programs. Dire warnings abounded
on what *could* happen - an all-out nuke exchange between the two hostile
nations.
Yet, despite it all, the Pakistani nukes held off an Indian invasion of
that nation in 2004, according to most analysts.
Pakistan and India have fought three costly large wars.
India is a huge teeming impoverished mess, with bouts of political and
social extremism.
Pakistan is a chief exporter of terrorism. It is headed by a dictator. The
nation has a turbulent history, and is politically and socially unstable.
Widespread religious extremism is commonplace. After a long US sanction on
selling it arms, Bush started selling it F-16s. They can be fitted with
nuke missiles.
Lately, the CIA robot-bombed a Pakistani village, killing innocent people.
Their main Al Queda target wasn't there. Large protests broke out. This
action further destabilizes any support Pakistanis have for the USA, and
its ally, General Perv Musharoff.
Bush and his cabinet crawlies publicly, repeatedly have dramatically
warned of a "mushroom cloud" rising over an American city, a victim of
terrorists. The image invokes nightmarish fears amongst the population. It
is designed to do just that, helping sell Congress and the public on more
military/security appropriation bills -- and increased limitations on
constitutional liberties.
They also warn of a nuclear Iran, and as Rice said, it cannot be "allowed"
to gain a nuke arsenal. It must be stopped! Before Bush attacked Iraq, the
people had received the same warning about a nuke weaponry program
emerging (and with other WMD already there). They weren't.
Hail! The mighty effervescent mushroom cloud of of propaganda! Worship it!
Fear it! After the smoke (screen) clears, Black Gold is revealed as the
real God.
Doc :))

The fact is that it is a nation divided by religious practice, and
really one nation.
The game continues...

and they are fighting over the Kashmir. WE should really examine the
evil which is caused by religious political segregation which is
practiced in the nations where we see Muslims conflicting with memebrs
of other religions.
Christ emphasized us to love our neighbor and in the Lessonof the Good
Samaritan the neighbor concept is elaborated.
Israel does not follow this particular line of Christ's teaching, and
this is the reason for their conflict, so we can see the punishment
they are enjoying as the results of such disobedience and a clear cause
effect relation is in effect. Elliminate the cause and the ffect will
change...i.e., go way.
Similarly the world of Islam seems to practice the same behavior where
the term neighbor does not seem to apply to the infidel, or so the
infidels would believe. Once agin the lesson of the teacher has been
perverted beyond recognition.
So we see ata superficila level the world of Islam and Israel are
bringing problems upon themselves by practicing intolerance and
religious discrimination.
I have learned form my youth to not imitate this bad behavior of my
parents, and I know how deep rooted national, ethnic, and religious
hatred is actually rooted. Compound this with the evil of natinalism,
and we can see why the world is continuously on the brink of war.
My mother's country divided Palestine and India. Did not both events
happenin the same year and with great publicity.
India promised indepndence for its vital role during WWII, as a once
and mighty empire so the concept of empire going to oblivion.
The British loves the American for saving them fromHitler. Yes the
attitudes of my parents are easily understood by the child...but some
of these attitudes have their vulnerabilities, and after all, I only
see the image of what tehy have learned, and I have my own set of
experience which composes the reality of today.
PAst is past. We learn to correct the lessons learned from the past so
as to not repeat mistakes..but often we do repeat history
