"In his weekly radio address, Mr Bush said that despite many
challenges, life for the Iraqi people was a world away from the
cruelty and corruption of Saddam Hussein's regime."
This is indeed true...except it's only half a world away..."the
cruelty and corruption of Saddam Hussein's regime" has been replaced
by the yankie bush regime.

And isn't it intriguingly ironic how we've heard so much about the cruelty
of Saddam's worst prison during his reign, and we now learn of sadistic
cruelty under the guidance of a US Brig. General? And under British
command, too?
One more reason human beings can't be trusted in times of war to be good
lil' Boy and Girl Scouts, to play it like a ridiculously fictional
high-moralistic movie script.
