fever pitch. "ANWR", or Arctic National Wildlife Refuge,
will be open to oil companies to begin limited drilling
later this year--NO thanks to the liberals or "moderates"
who always oppose everything that the President supports.
With final votes tallied the Senate approved the budget
provision by a simple 51-49 majority, thereby thwarting
the threatened Democrat filibuster. Congress has agreed
to the resolution by 228-195, leaving the Democrats out
in the frigid arctic air of their failed obstructionism.
Next on the Republicans' chopping block is the liberals'
flatly unconstitutional filibuster of judicial nominees.
Vice President ***** Cheney is expected to rule that the
filibuster ended with the last session or that it can't
be used against nominations. It will then go to a simple
majority vote. 51 (Republicans, of course) will confirm
the ruling and, subsequently, ALL of President GW Bush's
nominees will be confirmed along strictly-partisan lines.
This is going to infuriate the disenfranchised Democrats
upon realizing that moderate-to-conservative Republicans
mean business and aren't *ABOUT* to back down to threats
coming from the Democrats to "shut down the government".
This is a most advantageous position for the Republicans,
since not only will Bush get his judicial nominations in
effect "rubber stamped" by Congress, but better still it
will draw widespread public ridicule against the liberal
Democrats on account of their obstruction of the federal
government in general. Democrats have branded themselves
as the "no" party, and these impending events will drive
the final nail into the radical left-wing liberal coffin.
You see, the liberals are threatening to cut funding for
every appropriation on the Congressional books. Homeland
Security for example, is already at odds against liberal
Democrats. This in turn would put the Democrats in grave
jeopardy of being arrested under the Patriot Act, aiding
and abetting terrorists by undermining National Security.
Don't think it can't happen. We are a nation at WAR! The
liberals are threatening the very security of the United
States of America, and Republicans aren't going to stand
for it. Watch & see. Democrats are facing the guillotine
if they continue down their path of sedition and treason.

I'm sure you will correct me if I am wrong...... or not, but the United
States is a signatory to the Antarctic Treaty, which prohibits mineral
activities on the Antarctic continent. A glaring contradiction, no?
How can the US government allow Oil exploration or extraction when,
According to US Code 2463. Prohibition of Antarctic mineral resource
activities, states.............
"It is unlawful for any person to engage in, finance, or otherwise knowingly
provide assistance to any Antarctic mineral resource activity."
http://assembler.law.cornell.edu/uscode/16/ch44B.html
SUMMARY AS OF:
10/25/1990--Passed Senate, amended. (There are 2 other summaries)
Antarctic Protection Act of 1990 - Makes it unlawful (pending an agreement
among the Antarctic Treaty Consultative Parties which is authorized by the
Congress and includes a ban on Antarctic mineral resource activities) to
engage in, finance, or provide assistance to any Antarctic mineral resource
activity.
Expresses the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of State should enter
into negotiations with the Antarctic Treaty Consultative Parties to conclude
an international agreement to: (1) conserve and protect Antarctica and its
associated ecosystems; (2) prohibit or ban mineral resource activities by
all parties to the Antarctic treaty; (3) grant Antarctica special protective
status as a land of science for wilderness protection, international
cooperation, and scientific research; (4) ensure that all scientific
investigation relating to geological processes and structures is made
available to the international scientific community; and (5) include other
comprehensive measures for the protection of the Antarctic environment.
Expresses the sense of the Congress that any international agreement
relating to Antarctica that is submitted to the Senate for ratification
should be consistent with the purposes of this Act.
Deems violations of this Act to be violations of the Antarctic Marine Living
Resources Convention Act.
Makes persons who violate this Act ineligible for: (1) U.S. mining claims;
and (2) U.S. mining patents or leases or mineral or geothermal leases.
Authorizes appropriations.

How is the Antarctic environment protected?
The Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty was adopted
in 1991 by the Antarctic Treaty nations. It provides for the comprehensive
protection of the Antarctic environment, and sets out tightly drawn rules
governing human activities there. The most important obligations the
Protocol imposes are:
a.. Antarctica is designated as a "natural reserve devoted to peace and
science"
b.. Mineral activities are prohibited for at least 50 years, except for
scientific minerals research
c.. All activities are to be conducted so as to limit adverse
environmental impacts.
There's oil in them there hills! Arseholes!

Thank you. I promise to flagellate myself mercilessly for my glaring error.
I had heard (incorrectly it would seem) a radio broadcast on the subject on

Like an old broken mechanical clock, even a rabidly insane
God-hater like you can be "right" twice a day albeit it's
always disingenuous frivolity and innuendo on the part of
hatemongering *election-losing* liberal nutjobs like you.
But for the sake of others who are reading, the issue with
"Antarctica" has to do with protecting orthodox science and
orthodox religion from the sobering reality of catastrophism
and humankind's long-forgotten ages of prehistoric antiquity.
As Charles Hapgood and Edgar Cayce generally agreed, to wit:
PATH OF THE POLES
epoch geographical north pole new position
200,000 BC Equatorial Guinea to ?? ?? ??
???,000 BC ?? to Yukon 63N 135W
50,000 BC Yukon to E. of Greenland 72N 10E
28,000 BC Greenland Sea to Hudson Bay 60N 73W
10,100 BC Hudson Bay to Arctic 90N 0E
Antarctica didn't used to be locked under ice. Far from it,
it was previously situated at significant degrees away from
the poles in the wake of ancient crustal displacements. As
the above chart indicates, using the present-day south pole
for reference to the ever-evolving Antarctic land mass, at
about the time of the fall of Autumn & Evening (Adamic fall)
Antarctica was originally located circa 200,000 BC close to
Earth's equator, hence became tropical due to the resulting
destabilization of the Earth and 20+ degree increase in the
obliquity of Earth's rotational axis to the ecliptic, hence
her seasonal variations, i.e. life blossoming and dying-off.
In the epoch preceding c. 50,000 BC, Antarctica was closer
to 63 degrees south. Then, before c. 28,000 BC, Antarctica
was about 72 degrees south--all the while remembering that
there was always tectonic plate movement and evolution of
the Earth's entire crust and bulk mass, i.e. evolving along
with the whole solar system, galaxy and entire Universe for
that matter. Getting back to Antarctica, in the wake of the
worldwide flood of Noah's day c. 28,000 BC, Antarctica was
centered around 60 degrees south, and so eventually became
inhabited as the human race recovered from the devastation
and again greatly multiplied across the inhabitable earth.
Then, at what Cayce had called the "third destruction", the
region of Antarctica was displaced circa 10,100 BC to about
where it remains today, at the south pole, uninhabitable for
all but the most prepared and well-protected scientists who
are willing to brave the extremely harsh Antarctic elements
for the sake of their research. (I'm presently reminded to
thank God that I live at 39 and a fraction of degrees north
of the terrestrial equator--well SOUTH of the arctic circle)
And so we see exactly WHY the worldly orthodoxy don't want
to deal with what oil drillers might find in an icy region
supposedly buried under ice for millions of years. Neither
orthodox science nor orthodox religion (i.e. the gentiles)
want to face the reality of Earth's true history, even as
they don't want to deal with ADC's recent discovery of the
huge antediluvian city located off the western tip of Cuba
about half a mile below sealevel--thereby dating it before
the great flood of c. 28,000 BC. That's the reality of it,
and the orthodox of the world don't want to deal with it.
Because, if they did, then they would have to admit to the
whole world that probably 9/10s of all the books in their
much-lauded university libraries are lies frae end-to-end!
So the orthodox only continue to lie, cover-up and obfuscate
the issue, foolishly and might I add INEPTLY criticizing any-
body who knows the truth of the matter better than they do
AND is wholly unintimidated by mere mortal men who can only
kill ones body but cannot touch ones soul. And, thanks to
the exponentially-growing Internet and its rapidly rising
popularity, more and more unpopular voices are being heard,
and the facts in evidence are reaching their discriminating
audiences by circumventing (scientific/religious) orthodoxy
and their controlled press and controlled academia--be they
so-called "secular" or otherwise, liars will be liars, and
their heathen flock of followers will follow them into Hell
on account of their transgressions against the great spirit.
Evil wants to suppress the truth, even as they imagined that
Truth could be permanently silenced with the crucifixion of
Jesus Christ in 31 AD. Evil failed then (although Evil has
prospered in the gentile worldly-sense), and Evil assuredly
will fail now, especially since their time on Earth is near
to fruition, i.e. via the expiration of their fourth empire
by Fire--by the elements. And because the entire inhabited
Earth has only recently seen the Abomination of Desolation
standing in the holy place of matrimony[Genesis 1, 2, ibid]
beginning around March 2004 as it made *worldwide* headlines
(it'd been going on for some years before, but in obscurity),
then the good news is that what Jesus warned in Matthew 24
about the prophet Daniel's warning is actually occurring as
we speak. California just jumped on the bandwagon, and you
can be sure that the issue of homosexual marriage is going
to make more and more headlines across the planet as these
volitile weeks and months pass--and the great and terrible
battle of Armageddon (of ten sidereal years) is winding-up
to its inevitable conclusion in death, lies, lake of fire.

BY NOW THE true colors of what little's left of the so-
called "moderate" Democrats is rearing its ugly head on
Capitol Hill, as an ever-more sharply polarizing battle
between Republicans verses Democrats is heating up to a
fever pitch.
Next on the Republicans' chopping block is the liberals'
flatly unconstitutional
lie
filibuster of judicial nominees.
Of course, it was fine when republicans did it. lol
To the winner go the spoils.
Yeah, shame about all the nonstop lying. Now, what party that won
any election in the history of the USA ever changed the filibuster
rules for any reason?
It has happened three times , both sides.
Do your own research.
Looks like you're once again proven the ignorant dictatorship
supporter you are. lol
You can't even prove you aren't an escaped mental patient, let alone
anything about me.

This IS what went around coming back around. I guess everyone is too
young to remember the 80's.
It is a shame the public doesn't get sick of all this and fire them
all.
But the public isn't smart enough. Instead, they sit around trying to
throw the "other" crooks out so they can get their OWN crooks in.
Silly.
