And they don't, for some reason, qualify for food stamps, free school
lunches, food banks and all the other helps out there?

That's total BS.
We have the fattest poor people on the planet.
Fat poor people - Poor fat people.
Check out the morbidly obese Sally Struthers when she begs for you to
send money to 'Feed the Children'. I think Sally has her hand in the
cookie jar.......whadda you think?

I don't think so. There are a lot of single parents in low-paying jobs who have
no health benefits, deciding whether to feed their kids or take them to the
doctor. I know this because my daughter was working with people in this
situation.

In Florida, if they are school age, then they should receive breakfast
and lunch at a reduced rate or free at school. We also have the 'Healthy
Kids' program which is offered to these parents with no health benefits
and ensures that the get medical treatment as needed.
There is no excuse for any American to go hungry. There are plenty of
programs out there.

Not everyplace has that. We don't have that where I am.

Nothing where I am, sorry. There is a food pantry where you can get a bag of
groceries per week, that's it. There is no free medical assistance where I am,
either. Medicaid is available for some people, if you can find a doctor who
will accept it (I'm not aware of any in my area).
I know this because my daughter

Did you mean she was working with people getting them help?
No. Worked in retail - she was their supervisor. A bunch of single moms with
no jobs skills, paying for child care, food, rent, etc. on extremely low
salaries (~$6 per hour). Most of them were holding a couple of jobs to try to
make ends meet but if their kids got sick, most of them either wouldn't go to a
doctor and tried to treat on their own, or went to the doctor and didn't eat
breakfast or dinner for quite a while.
If you answer 'yes' to this then:
See?
The defense rests. ;)
I see nothing remotely amusing about making snide remarks about how the
impoverished somehow "choose" to be in their situation so that you can feel
smugly superior and guilt-free about riding your Harley around town.

Yes, you do have a state wide program which looks to be similar to
Florida's 'Healthy Kids'.
Child Health Plus

In Florida:

Does your area have a public health department?
Also, I did NOT say that they chose their situation. I said there was no
excuse for Americans to go hungry. We are not a poor country. (Not yet.)
Sorry, I'll pass on the guilt trip. And you really have no way of

Where's the list of doctors who actually TAKE it?!? Further, I have never seen
this before - it is definitely not advertised anywhere around that I've seen,
and I even spend time every week at a food pantry! I don't think anyone who
needs this knows about it. I think CSP is far more concerned about taking kids
away from their parents for being breastfed too long, and the like.

I knew you would ask that and that is why I put up not the main page but
the page that lists the providers. It is on the very bottom of the *very
long* page. It is listed by county.
It appears that they are clinics, some which are located within public
health centers and hospitals.
Further, I have never seen this before - it

I would not have known about 'Healthy Kids' if it weren't for having
children in school. They send home brochures about twice a year. I think
they also have a few billboards on the interstate as well.

Well I don't think I can top DW's 'cute little tepee *****' story but I
can remember the days of surviving off of Ramen noodles, generic Kraft
macaroni and cheese and 7-11's 3/$1 chilidogs.
Do we really need to post our hardship stories here? American's don't
have it rough at all compared to other countries and we truly don't know
what it is like to go hungry.
The only cases of starvation lately that I have seen on the news were
criminal due to bad caregivers and not from lack of resources.
We as American's, have got to start taking responsibility for the
children that we bring into this world or this world will never improve.
Too many women are having children and assume that it is the governments
responsibility to feed, house and and provide medical care.
I am not judging the mothers you told about, but the current welfare
situation in our country. Children are being deprived - yes, but not of
food.

You didn't hear then?
The group had to be disbanded.
Guernon came in and started calling us all anti-semites 'cos we didn't call
it
"alt.irish.drunken.chubby.taureans.who.are_obsessed
with_bigbutted_jewish_girls"
Then the ***** claimed that the group was his and everyone else was to get
out!
Then Tony came along and called all the girls "self hating big_butted
American girls"
because they showed no interest in his 8 incher and none of them would
discuss panty-hose!
I think they were both just jealous because the group was called:
"alt.irish.drunken.chubby.taureans.who.are_obsessed
with_bigbutted_american_girls"
...and not...
"alt.furry.drunken.chubby.taureans.who.are_obsessed
with_bigbutted_jewish_girls"
or
"alt.american.drunken.chubby.taureans.with 8_inchers.who.are_obsessed
with_bigbutted_american_girls".
T'was a shame though 'cos it was a thriving group...with lots of other
members, (bigbutted_american_girls...seems there's an endless supply of
them), and me.
You didn't know about the group while it was popular I assume...otherwise
you'de have joined wouldn't you?

Fat Bottomed Girls
Written by Brian May.
Sung by Freddie Mercury.
October, 1978. [Chris harpooned his first chubbutt whilst listening to
this song]
Lyrics
Are you gonna take me home tonight ?
Ah down beside that red firelight
Are you gonna let it all hang out ?
Fat bottomed girls
You make the rockin' world go round
Hey I was just a skinny lad
Never knew no good from bad
But I knew life before I left my nursery -
huh
Left alone with big fat Fanny
She was such a naughty nanny
Heap big woman you made a bad boy out of me
[LMAO!!]
Hey hey!
Wooh
I've been singing with my band
Across the wire across the land
I seen every blue eyed floozy on the way, hey
But their beauty and their style
Went kind of smooth after a while
Take me to them dirty ladies everytime
C'mon
Oh won't you take me home tonight ?
Oh down beside your red firelight
Oh and you give it all you got
Fat bottomed girls you make the rockin' world go round
Fat bottomed girls you make the rockin' world go round
Hey listen here
Now I got mortgages on homes
I got stiffness in ma' bones
Ain't no beauty Queens in this locality (I tell you)
Oh but I still get my pleasure
Still get my greatest treasure
Heap big woman you gonna make a big man out of me
Now get this
Oh (I know) you gonna take me home tonight (please)
Oh down beside that red firelight
Are you gonna let it all hang out ?
Fat bottomed girls you make the rockin' world go round yeah
Fat bottomed girls you make the rockin' world go round
Get on your bikes and ride
Ooh yeah oh yeah them fat bottomed girls
Fat bottomed girls
Yeah yeah yeah
Alright, ride 'em, c'mon
Fat bottomed girls - yes yes
Now please let the healing begin and stop subjecting the ng to your
lusting for fat bottomed girls.
( I )
thanks, :-D

Are we laughing yet honey?

Fat Bottomed Girls
If you're gonna do it...
This one's for you WH!!
Sir Mix-A-Lot
Baby Got Back
Oh my god, Becky, look at her butt
It is so big
She looks like one of those rap guys girlfriends
Who understands those rap guys
They only talk to her because she looks like a total prostitute, ok?
I mean her butt
It's just so big
I can't believe it's so round
It's just out there
I mean, it's gross
Look, she's just so black
I like big butts and I can not lie
You other brothers can't deny
That when a girl walks in with an itty bitty waste
And a round thing in your face
You get sprung
Wanna pull up front
Cuz you notice that butt was stuffed
Deep in the jeans she's wearing
I'm hooked and I can't stop staring
Oh, baby I wanna get with ya
And take your picture
My homeboys tried to warn me
But with that butt you got
Me so horny
Ooh, rub all of that smooth skin
You say you wanna get in my Benz
Well use me, use me cuz you ain't that average groupy
I've seen them dancin'
The hell with romancin'
She sweat, wet, got it goin' like a turbo 'Vette
I'm tired of magazines
saying flat butt's the only thing
Take the average black man and ask him that
She gotta pack much back, so
Fellas (yeah), fellas (yeah)
Has your girlfriend got the butt (hell yeah)
Well shake it, shake it, shake it, shake it, shake that healthy butt
Baby got back
(LA face with Oakland booty)
I like'em round and big
And when I'm throwin' a gig
I just can't help myself
I'm actin like an animal
Now here's my scandal
I wanna get you home
And ugh, double ugh, ugh
I ain't talkin' bout Playboy
Cuz silicone parts were made for toys
I wannem real thick and juicy
So find that juicy double
Mixalot's in trouble
Beggin' for a piece of that bubble
So I'm lookin' at rock videos
Watchin' these bimbos walkin' like hoes
You can have them bimbos
I'll keep my women like Flo Jo
A word to the thick soul sistas
I wanna get with ya
I won't cus or hit ya
But I gotta be straight when I say I wanna *****
Til the break of dawn
Baby, I got it goin on
A lot of pimps won't like this song
Cuz them punks like to hit it and quit it
But I'd rather stay and play
Cuz I'm long and I'm strong
And I'm down to get the friction on
So ladies (yeah), ladies (yeah)
If you wanna role in my Mercedes (yeah)
Then turn around
Stick it out
Even white boys got to shout
Baby got back
(LA face with the Oakland booty)
Yeah baby
When it comes to females
Cosmo and got nothin to do with my selection
36-24-36
Only if she's 5'3"
So your girlfriend rolls a Honda
Playin' workout tapes by Fonda
But Fonda ain't got a motor in the back of her Honda
My anaconda don't want none unless you've got buns hon
You can do side bends or sit-ups, but please don't lose that butt
Some brothers wanna play that hard role
and tell you that the butt need to go
So they toss it and leave it
And I pull up quick to retrieve it
So Cosmo says you're fat
Well I ain't down with that
Cuz your waste is small and your curves are kickin'
And I'm thinkin' bout stickin'
To the beanpole dames in the magazines
You ain't it Miss Thang
Give me a sista I can't resist her
Red beans and rice didn't miss her
Some knucklehead tried to dis
Cuz his girls were on my list
He had game but he chose to hit 'em
And pulled up quick to get with 'em
So ladies if the butt is round
And you wanna triple X throw down
Dial 1-900-mixalot and kick them nasty thoughts
Baby got back

Indeed, this seems to be the case -- how could it be otherwise when we
are afflicted with "voodoo economics?"

You bet, and idiot like you would raise taxes which of course would make
it possible to buy food. OH DAMN I forgot raising taxes would make it
possible for the federal government to buy them food. With all the liberal
programs out there today anyone without food is a complete moron.

Is this a direct cause of dieting? If so, then it's as well.
I didn't see too much evidence of famine during he month I spent in
the US last year. In fact, I noticed that a substantial proportion of
the population were waddling uncomfortably around. I saw no-one with
ribs protruding. Are they in hiding?
The Uk isn't that far behind these days either. To many people in both
countries could pass easily enough as beached whales at the sea-side.
Perhaps equality could be maintained were the thin ones allowed to eat
the fat ones?

So, are you saying you are going to invite some hungry people to
your table for Thanksgiving dinner?
