Here's an interesting breakdown from the Sunday Times Rich list 2004
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2108-1067034,00.html
Gemini 110
Taurus 104
Aries 95
Capricorn 92
Aquarius 91
Virgo 88
Libra 87
Leo 84
Sagittarius 84
Cancer 80
Scorpio 79
Pisces 73
That *seems* like a rather wide distribution for something that ought to
be random.
And guess what? Geminis are traditionally noted for their fiscal acumen
and Pisceans are noted as not.
In 1951 RCA set up a commission to discover the cause of sunspots,
already known as an annoying source of radio interference. John H Nelson
discovered that sunspots occurred whenever two or more of the planets
Mars, Jupiter and Saturn were in conjunction, opposition or square, and
was able to predict sunspots with ninety per cent accuracy.
The Royal Astronomical Society astronomer Dr. Percy Seymour has put
forward some interesting ideas on how the relative planetary positions
*might* exert an influence.

BTW, I'm not saying that I take daily sun sign astrology too seriously
(though it can be legitimately used like a Rorschach test) but blank and
absolute dismissal is as unscientific as that you call horse doo-doos,

No debate?
If you're wondering why you've never heard of this (RCA, Nelson) work,
it was pretty much ignored/buried... for fairly obvious reasons.
The best I've managed to find in terms of a re-evaluation is this.

That could cover it, but it isn’t even needed. Discoveries of white
dwarfs (dead stars) in the halo of our galaxy and warm plasma clouds in
the local group of galaxies show that there is enough ordinary matter to
account for the gravitational effects observed.
That being so, there's no room for dark matter.

Me too, Uncle Wally.. that's why I buy myself them all the time :)
...hmmm - what should I get me for Valentines day?
Shoes? Noooooo! That, that would just be unheard of! hehe..
Speaking of which......
Have you ever watched the show 'Sex in the City'? Well, one of the
women was out on a date, and she said to the man she was with:
"I have a confession to make.. I'm an addict" - the man looked
concerned. Then she paused for a moment and said: "I'm addicted
to shoes." .. lol.
I just got a kick out of it 'cause I can relate! ;)
Niece Dani wishing you a truly wondrous night...
