Actually 'Quantum Flux' (ie: Plasma Bursts) has been generated in
real life.
The (now defunct) Ontario Hydro company had performed actual
experiments where they produced actual 'Plasma Bursts' for a very
short duration. (we are talking nano seconds here).
Not enough to get you back to your home planet 'mkufjg', but enough
to say that the technology is possible, here on Earth.

It's not going to happen (not any time soon anyway). The human
brain is massively parallel, whereas the processors we use today
are all linear. If you can put together a computer with 500 billion
cpu's (and somehow manage to organize them into a neural network) I'd
be impressed.
