Greg Palast received up to 500 emails sent by Rove staffers and
intended for GeorgeWBush.com but mistakenly sent to GeorgeWBush.org
and they ended up in Greg Palast's inbox. These emails outlined
significant details of the Republican involvement in the the
practice of 'Caging' or voter suppression in political parliance.
These emails also included voter lists for intended caging targeting.

Here is a description of the term 'Caging'.

It gets better.. much better. The term 'Caging' also has meaning in
reference to direct-mail. When Monica Goodling testified before
Congress she was asked about 'caging' (why people would commit
perjury to cover it up) and Ms Goodling responded "It has to do
with Direct Mail". At the time no one really understood what she
was talking about, but since then it has become clear it was a
reference to the political context of caging, or voter suppression.
All these emails and lists were about the theft of the 2000 and
2004 elections.
