is the RED planet that Nostradamus could possibly have even hinted at a "RED

It is inconceivable that someone as upright and unbending as Alexandra would

But Rasputin wasn't nice, and was spreading lies about it, and was then kept
there only because he was the only one who seemed to be able to keep their son
alive. And indeed, she did have some faith in him, and he ended up influencing a
lot of the politics when she was left by herself to govern Russia during the
war, and the evil monk was the main counselor in Moscow, as he was there to keep
over the health of the young heir and the Tsar was in combat with the troops.
Rasputin was assassinated by some of the Romanov shortly afterwards.
But anyway, I hardly see what you are refering to, but in false rumors.
Incest would still only apply to familly member even if you can make the pmonk a
"father" (a monk would be a brother BTW, a priest would be a father, but still,
a brother would mean something, but the word incest woudln't be used so loosely)

At least that would be true, if that was what the line said or even otherwise...
i.e.: It really is written in modern French "L'état changé, on querra bruit et
louanges" "The state being changed, it shall be requested fame and praise"
which, as I say, still would apply mind you, if the rest concurred.
Line 4: The Soviet military will attach a (Red) STAR to their war hardware.
TRUE
What is says is "will have Mars waiting for its heavenly body [of
predilection]". (Note that "astre" can be a planet as well as a star).
It has to be a time reference.
Since Mars is located betweeen Earth and Jupiter, we can think that a
conjonction between those two planets may be what is concerned. This occured
July-august 2002, and will reoccur Sept-Nov 2026 and also March-May 2027.
Hardly 1994-96 when the bones were analyzed.
But again, this is my onterpretation. It's just that yours would give a twist to
history that is incompatible with the truth, it seems, to me, which is impossible.
But since I/we don't know who it is about yet, it is hard to criticize. You at
least came up with an interesting theory.
Maybe to be assessed further? Who knows. But so far, just with your actual
explanations, it doesn't cut it for me. Sorry.
