more paranoia. I expect something bigger than 9/11, although I hope I

p.s. Now that I think about it, a Terrorist attack is a near certainty
before election day - either from al Qaeda, or perhaps another inside
job,
like the anthrax attack.
The anthrax threat didn't do any real damage, except cause a little
more paranoia. I expect something bigger than 9/11, although I hope I
am wrong. Bush will not lose this next election, if martial law is
already in place then expect him to last for years, unless some brave
American can do the right thing.

I agree, the anthrax attack didn't do much damage, but the Fear and anxiety
it generated was all out of proportion. However, I do think a terrorist
attack will come before the November elections, and is likely to be rather
spectacular in scope. Yet, even if another inside-job like the anthrax
scare happens, the Fear-Factor will be such that it would quite likely put
Bush over the top. After all, Bush was tanking in the polls until the
9-11/Anthrax episodes.
And I think that Al Qaeda doesn't have to do anything at all - Bush is
destroying America quite well all by himself, and if Al Qaeda doesn't attack
America , then an internal homegrown terrorist attack is more than likely.
It is virtually inevitable.
