My other half has the same problem, but his neck is a couple of inches

heavyweight by my mid 20's.

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Cool! I figured you must've come up in your weight class.
Most boxers do. But there're always those rare exceptions,
that's why I had to ask.

I put on the extra weight in my late 30's when I decided to take up a
more vigorious weight lifting program along with my boxing training
and I am now stronger than I have ever been, still can run 100 meters
in about 11 seconds, 400 meters in 52 seconds.
What kind of workouts do you do?
Tony

Jeez, that's movin'. Most heavyweight weight lifters don't
run nearly so fast, as I'm sure you know. I guess all your
years of boxing training (i.e. the most demanding training
regimen in the world compared to other professional sports)
got you in shape for that, especially that long 400 meters!
As for myself, about the only cardiovascular workout I get
any more is taking long walks, usually about ten to twelve
miles, averaging about 13.2 minutes per mile, once I catch
my second wind; and that's all up here in the mountains of
Colorado where I live, about 7350' elevation, up to around
11,500' when I go on my "walkabouts". I also like to go up
to Central City and Blackhawk a couple times a week to try
my luck on the video poker machines, slots, etc., and also
to walk all over the place up there, up past "Nevadaville"
sometimes, weather permitting. It's really beautiful there.
The most vigorous workout I ever undertook was digging out
my garden level basement--i.e. mainly out of solid granite.
I wore four vintage pick axes out down to the nub, shovels,
and two industrial-strength wheelbarrows: totally worn out.
I began that project back in 1993 working almost every day
for about seven hours. And once I dug it all out, I poured
the whole basement concrete foundation using the ready-mix
bags and my electric concrete mixer. That was serious work,
and I finished all the construction about May of 2000 when
I started getting more serious about posting to the groups.
Given this post-9/11 climate, with America sharply divided
between conservative Republicans vs. the liberal Democrats,
the ever-escalating war against terrorists is being fought
not only on dangerous foreign territories around the world,
but is also being fought here on the homefront against the
Bush-bashing, Anti-American Anti-Christ liberal terrorists
who are every bit as dangerous as Al-Qaeda and the Islamic
Jihad! With America's very survival at stake, it's good to
know that these God-hating liberals are committing suicide.
It is sad and grevious for their next of kin to lose loved
ones like that, to terminal hatemongering mental illnesses
like "PEST", and other similarly virulent liberal diseases
infecting them en masse, but we need to take these liberal
Democrats *completely* out of the equation, any way we can.
Before I get too verbose here, another comment. Ever since
childhood I've had clairvoyant dreams. I won't reveal much
about them, other than one of the visions pertained to the
great Billy Graham: who completes his mission amidst world-
wide turmoil, you know, the real Biblical-proportion earth-
changes kind of stuff. Volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and
hurricanes the likes of which humankind has never seen and
never will see again. Severe changes are on the *immediate*
horizon, and those who cling to the past e.g. the liberals,
those who don't gladly welcome the new heaven and new earth
are in for a very tough time. Many of 'em will not survive.
It's the foolish ones who hate Jesus Christ who are in for
the roughest road of all. Their fates are worse than death.
It's back to work for me. We've got some liberals to FIGHT.
Enjoy!

Before every big fight there is always "The Tale of The Tape".
For those who do not know this lists who the fighters are, where they
are from, their height, weight, etc.
Here's my info, but don't hold your breath for Queer Wolf's, he's too shy.
From Bayonne, NJ Tony Zanowic Italian/Polish American
Age: 47
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 195 lbs.
Reach: 78 in.
Forearms: 14 in.
Biceps: 16 in.
Neck: 19 in.
Thighs: 24 in.
Calves: 16 in.
Record: 14-1 12 wins by KO

So you're a ring veteran! That's an outstanding record.
Given your present age & weight, were you middleweight,
light-heavy in your boxing hey day? Okay, maybe that's
a rhetorical question. You are doing a great job, Tony.
Please don't say you always fought heavyweight and you
managed to keep in tip-top condition *all* these years?
At age 47, 6'-0", gorilla reach & 190 lbs. myself, I'd
weighed in at paper-thin 165 back in the day, and I've
kept in pretty good shape over the years. I've hit 240
lbs. at my laziest just a couple of years ago. Oh well,
enough with my chit chat. We got some LIBERALS to kill!
Kudos,
Daniel

I started out at middle weight at age 17 and grew into a light
heavyweight by my mid 20's.

I ran track from 5th grade into High School, so I've always had speed,
but have found that doing heavy squats helps keep that speed
as one gets older.

That's a lot of walking.

also like to go up
to Central City and Blackhawk a couple times a week to try
my luck on the video poker machines, slots, etc., and also
to walk all over the place up there, up past "Nevadaville"
sometimes, weather permitting.

Wow, now that's working out, congrats on sticking with the project.

They are indeed a danger to the nation.

Yes they are. I'd be interested in hearing about some of your dreams,
don't worry about the clowns here and their comments, but you can
always e-mail them to me if you don't want to post them here.
Tony

It's back to work for me. We've got some liberals to FIGHT.
Enjoy!

I notice several people in this group have starting coming up with
corny jokes to try to cover the cowardice of their chosen hero,
QueerWolf.
Seems they can't deal with the fact that once again they were all
wrong and they chose the wrong horse.
