American Life, by Richard J. Herrnstein, Ph.D. Psychology, Harvard
University, and Charles Murray, Ph.D. Political Science, M.I.T., black
IQ scores are so far below white IQ scores in their distribution as to
preclude useful Affirmative Action Programs. The reason? Only 29,000
African Americans have IQ levels above 130 points, the minimal level
found suitable for many executives in business.

With 15+ million businesses in America, this leaves fewer than 1
theoretically qualified African American for each 500 businesses to
serve as executives; however, more than 20,000 of these 29,000 African
Americans are under 21 years of age and one-half of those precious few
9,000 African Americans who are presently above 21 years of age will
never earn a university undergraduate degree. That leaves just 4,500
African Americans over 130 IQ points with a university degree to share
among 15+ million companies. this is why Affirmative Action has aided
white women and Asians in achieving high promotions more than it has
African Americans.

The types of jobs available for almost 28 million African Americans
with IQ's below 115 points are typical menial positions such as
janitorial work, cooking, common labor, carpentry, routine factory
work, residential services, security, farming, retail sales, and lawn
work. These were the natural choices of African Americans prior to
Affirmative Action and continue to employ the vast majority of African
Americans. It is believed by many economists that one of the reasons
American manufacturers are moving overseas is the problem of African
American economic expectation--e.g., African American low IQ levels,
Affirmative Action unrealistic legal rules concerning African American
promotions, and African American lawsuits over not being promoted
regardless of their low IQ level, and the related quagmire of civil
rights in the United States.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Government continues to refuse to consider the
huge body of evidence concerning low comparative African American IQ
Levels. A scan of the famous bell curve from the book of that name
below illustrates better than one million words the desperate position
of African Americans and why the vast majority of African Americans
may never succeed as hoped by our civil rights leaders.

In addition, the majority of African Americans have IQ scores below 85
points, and 85 points is borderline between retarded and feebleminded.
This is reflected in the large number of African Americans who never
graduate from high school (graduation in many cities is less than 17%
of the student body and more than one-half of our few African American
graduates are functionally illiterate.) The question of fairness to
businessmen was raised recently by an executive who was quite candid,
"Who is going to hire a work force of such low quality and expectation
for success?" he asked. "All you are asking me to do is open myself up
like a can of sardines for an EEOC lawsuit if I don't promote someone
who is incompetent and can't perform just to avoid the cost of
litigation. This lowers production efficiency and causes me to raise
my prices. I can't run a business like this. I need to ship my
manufacturing to China or South Korea soon."* (*An anonymous executive
in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who says he must remain anonymous to
avoid further lawsuits by the Civil Rights Commission.)

Many academicians in universities are concerned that the civil rights
movement must begin to ask itself, "Are the movement's realistic?"
Only 32% of our African Americans graduate from Howard University, a
major black college, and this school is not considered to be
difficult; low graduation rates from both white and black universities
are confirming indications of the truth of the bell curve which
predicts extremely low African American achievement in academia as a
group.

That to their victims: "Fifty-two percent of the African-American
students failed either one or both of the two phases of the U.S.
licensing exam given during medical school; a number failed multiple
times. Three non-black students failed once." We consumers need some
protection against this sort of thing. In the future everyone should
require any doctor they go to visit, assuming it is a first visit, to
show them the complete record of their grades and test results in
medical school. Does anybody want Surgery by a Doc who was too dumb
to get in on his own merit? NOT! I don't care how colorblind you
want to be; when your kid's sick, you want a doctor whose "MD" means
something other than social engineering....

Racial Realities

Are There Genetic Differences That Affect IQ?

IQ is a taboo subject-especially when comparing the differences
between the Negro and Caucasian races. Anyone who attempts to publicly
point out the facts on the real genetic differences in IQ between
Blacks and Whites will be targeted by the controlled press,
government, school system, communist and Jewish groups for defamation,
economic terrorism and even physical harm. Ask brilliant scientist Dr.
William Shockley, awarded the Nobel Prize for physics in 1956 for the
invention and development of the transistor. He dedicated the
remainder of his life to warn and instruct his White race on the true
nature of the genetic differences between the races, especially in IQ.
Every place he went to lecture, Dr. Shockley faced riots and threats
of violence. Many scheduled appearances were canceled. Why do the
rabid, militant egalitarians want to prevent people like Dr. Shockley
from presenting the facts on racial differences like IQs? Why are they
so intolerant? Because they cannot stand against the truth.

To question the doctrine of the genetic equality of human races in
mental abilities is to violate what is unquestionably the most
powerful taboo in the twentieth century.

Prominent Studies

Here are the facts from a few prominent studies (of hundreds) about IQ
and race. Audrey M. Shuey, in a book entitled The Testing of Negro
Intelligence, (Social Science Press, New York, 1966) brought together
over 380 studies testing American Blacks and Whites. These studies
included Blacks and Whites from different socio-economic backgrounds
over a 50 year period. The conclusion was this: that average Black IQ
scores were 15 and 20 points lower than White averages. As Dr. Shuey
stated:

"It appears evident that ... White children scored consistently above
colored children, on the
average."

Interestingly, Dr. Shuey's book was "hardly reviewed" by the
egalitarian media due to its devastating effect on the notion that the
environment was the sole determining factor in IQ differences (Hans J.
Eysenck, The I.Q. Argument, The Library Press, 1971, p. 16).

Let's look at another study done in 1960. Here 1,800 Negro and White
children from the Southeastern states were tested on the
Standford-Binet intelligence scale. The results tabulated below showed
that the average Negro IQ was 80.7 compared to the average White IQ of
101.8.

The distribution seen above has been devastating to civil rights
demands for better jobs for African Americans. The number of African
Americans above 100 IQ in the black bell curve is miniscule by
comparison to the gray bell curve representing the IQ of whites. Those
African Americans above 110 represent a shallow line by comparison
below that huge slug of whites with IQ's beyond this level.

Of course, the popular theory is that IQ is due to environmental
conditions and not genetics. However, numerous studies have been done
proving that when Black and White children were tested from the same
socio-economic backgrounds, the Whites continually out-performed
Blacks by a significant amount at each socio-economic level. Dr.
Arthur Jensen provides a study done in California on IQs of the 622
Black and 622 White children in conjunction with a socio-economic
scale from 1-10

Other Evidences Against The Environment Theory

If environment were the main cause of differences in IQ between
Negroes and Whites, then why are not other races who have
socio-economic and cultural standards different from Whites also
affected? Read these quotes from noted researchers in the field of IQ:

... On a composite of twelve SES [socio-economic status] and other
environment indices, the American Indian population ranks about as far
below black standards as blacks rank below that of Whites ... But it
turns out that Indians score higher than blacks on tests of
intelligence ... On a nonverbal reasoning test given in the first
grade, before schooling could have had much impact, Indian children
exceeded the mean score of blacks by the equivalent of 14 IQ points
... Opposite from what one would predict from the theory that ethnic
group differences in IQ merely reflect SES differences. – Arthur
Jensen, Straight Talk About Mental Tests And Bias In Mental Testing,
Free Press, New York, p. 470

... if this [cultural] bias is responsible for Negro inferiority, when
does it not work against other racial groups, like Asians tested in
California? They are inferior to Whites on socio-economic and
educational grounds, although not as much as the Negroes; but they
nevertheless do as well as the Whites, and even better when tests
involving abstract reasoning are concerned. Cultural bias in "white IQ
tests" has clearly not put Oriental subjects off. Why should it affect
Negroes so strongly, who after all have shared the White culture for
much longer, and who are perhaps more closely integrated with it? –

And these are American negroes who are, thanks to the whites who feed
and clothe them, are far superior to Africanized negroes who are even
more stupid.
