I believe this could be prophecy by Redbone. The "witch queen" manifested
as Hurricane Maria (very close to "Marie"), the next hurricane after
Katrina. It turned into the mid-Atlantic and posed no threat. But, the
"witch queen" -- the Maria hurricane -- had cast its evil spell on New
Orleans. "Stirring the witches brew" would produce a swirling motion, as
hurricanes swirl... and so the witch queen never returned to New Orleans,
but she sent evil Katrina to do her nefarious handiwork. She lived in the
swamplands, and Katrina turned NO into swamplands. It all fits.
I want to believe...
