Actually, I think a full-scale nuclear war could actually HELP the
environment by destroying industries that pollute and providing the
atmosphere some cover that has been eroded by said industries. Nuclear
winter is a myth and I do not believe it would be as severe as hypothesized
but would indeed reverse global warming.

I think what made your original statement a "dumb comment" was more
the suggestion that other species would have a great laugh (as if they
have an opinion or sense of humor).
Im sure, some day in the far far future, mankind will become extinct.
But, whether or not that day is soon, there's no sense dwelling on the
fear of it. Your paranoia combined with your self-hatred (displayed
in your contempt for all mankind) really says a lot about you. What
could have brought you to such hatred and fear I wonder?
