There is no Escape!

There is no escape from the terror of the future.
You can run away for a while.
But the terror will catch up to you.
It will destroy you and everything you love.
No, I am not talking about a new Hollywood horror movie. I am talking
about America. America is changing from the land of our forefathers to
a place where we are no longer at home in spirit, and where our
families are no longer safe in their own homes.
New Orleans has become increasingly like Haiti since the 1960’s Civil
Rights movement integrated the schools. Since then, White civil rights
have steadily disappeared.
First the schools deteriorated into cesspools of violence, drugs,
ignorance, barbarity and venereal disease. Blacks always had access to
public schools, but now, almost all Whites were driven from them. They
went from a majority, to less than four percent today. Whites were
driven from the buses and streetcars. In the buses where Blacks once
rode in the back, now Whites dare not ride at all! To do so is just
too dangerous. Friendly and tidy White neighborhoods discovered the
true joys of forced racial integration: junk cars, prostitutes and
drug dealers on the streets. The only Whites remaining in many
neighborhoods fearfully live now behind bars in homes that have become
reverse jails meant to keep the criminals out.

Black political power transformed New Orleans into a corrupt Black
banana republic. Taxes went up, services went down. The condition of
the streets wrecks the cars. Housing projects are so strewn with trash
they look as though they belong in a Third World Country. Rape, murder
and robbery are daily occurrences in the same city where I could once
walk anywhere as a child. Of course, traditional American values and
culture are gone now also. America founding fathers names such as
George Washington’s are removed from schools by the Black school board
because he is, “an immoral example for the children.” Kwanzaa, a Black
pagan celebration, has replaced Christmas celebrations in schools.
For the last forty years, Whites have steadily fled the city of New
Orleans. They left thousands of the beautiful and stately homes; many
of the beautiful, oak-lined boulevards; and the intangible history and
charm of what was once America’s most romantic city. Now its old charm
can only be found in a few heavily policed areas that the tourists
visit or where the very richest live. Yet, frequently a tourist will
veer from the protected areas and find themselves robbed, raped, or
murdered by denizens that would be more at home in the most primitive
tribes of Africa.
The White refugees first fled mostly to Jefferson Parish, a White
redoubt where they could regain the semblance of a normal life. But,
then, Jefferson began its demographic darkening, so the Whites again
packed up their belongings once more and moved even further away. Some
ended up across Lake Ponchartrain, willing to drive three hours a day
to get to and from work, all so their families would be safe.
Some even pretended that they came to North Shore for the trees. But
they certainly didn’t move to the now Black areas in New Orleans where
flourish live oaks, some of the most magnificent and beautiful trees
in the world. Most of the new North Shore residents knew, at least
somewhere deep inside, why they fled and why they came to the area
where I now live. I was candid about my choice of Mandeville. I like
the demographics. I like being among my own kind, living in the kind
of clean and beautiful environment our people create. In the last
election for U.S. Congress, I warned my neighbors on the North Shore.
I told them that conditions of New Orleans would eventually come to
them unless a great political change happened in America. A week ago,
a graphic example of what I had warned them about, occurred.

Just a mile from where I live and work, in a subdivision called
Woodridge, a beautiful 25-year-old mother of four, Samantha Jaume, was
brutally murdered in her home by a Black intruder who had followed her
home from a shopping center. He apparently wanted to steal her new
vehicle. The quick thinking of her seven-year-old son, Jason, almost
saved his mother and probably prevented the murder of his sisters and
himself. He hid himself under a desk and called the police.
Samantha lost all of her civil rights including her right to live. Her
husband’s civil rights were also violated, and her four children
suffered loss of their Civil Rights more than any Black person in the
1960’s who had to use separate water fountains. This family lost wife
and mother for the rest of their lives. If you want to know the true
cost of integration, it is White lives. If Mandeville were truly the
White area so many seek, Samantha would still be alive. Do we dare to
discuss the other hundreds of victims who have suffered a similar fate
over the years on the North Shore? Or the millions of White victims of
Black crime across America. And, it can only get worse. When the North
Shore population goes the way of New Orleans, Jefferson, and of the
new America of the 21st century, the loss of Samantha will be replayed
so many times that Whites will become refugees once more. But, where
will they go? Massive non-white immigration, differential birthrates,
and intermarriage will make our people a rapidly shrinking minority.
Our racial enemies will not stop their darkening of America until
there is no refuge for our people, only annihilation.
This is no movie. This is real life. There is no escape from the
coming terror. It is time we turn around and fight. We must wrest
control of our political system from those who would obliterate our
people. It is too late for Mrs. Samantha Jaume, but not too late for
her children, and for our children if we begin our road back today. My
life is consecrated to that task. How about yours?

Facts About Black Crime in America

“IT HAS now become acceptable to discuss black crime,'’ writes Mr. Ed
Koch, former Mayor of New York City. I’m not sure this is a compliment
to those of us who have been doing it for years – Patrick Buchanan,
Samuel Francis, and especially Professor William Wilbanks of Florida
International University, to mention just a few. But we welcome Mr.
Koch into our midst nonetheless.
In fact, the significance of black crime is even greater than Mr. Koch
realizes, for without it, the level of violence in the United States
would not be appreciably greater than that of the European nations
with whom we are most often compared.
As the chart at the bottom of this page shows, Americans as a whole
are more violent than Europeans: twice as likely as Frenchmen to
commit murder and more than five times as likely as Germans to commit
robbery. However, as is clear from the separate calculations for
American blacks and whites, it is very high rates of violent crimes by
blacks – eight times as high as whites for murder and more than ten
times for robbery – that yield this result.
These figures actually overstate the white crime rate, since the FBI’s
Uniform Crime Reports classify Hispanics as “white.'’ About 9 per cent
of the population is Hispanic, and jurisdictions that treat them as a
separate category report that they are two to six times as likely as
whites to commit murder and robbery.
These figures have a bearing on the debate over gun control. White
Americans, who have easy access to guns, are less likely to kill each
other than are the British, who are almost completely disarmed. Would
gun control be so widely advocated if America were less violent than
Britain?
This comparison with Europe suggests that the United States has
neither a unique “culture of violence” nor inadequate gun laws. It has
a high rate of violent crime because it has a large number of violent
black criminals. Let us hope Mr. Koch will agree that it is now
respectable to say so.

William Pierce: Why Revolution?

“If, by the instrument of governmental authority, a people is being
driven to its destruction, then rebellion is not only the right but
the duty of every member of that people.”
During times of social decay and turmoil, the more responsible members
of a society will nearly always be found supporting the constituted
authority against the hostile or rebellious actions of disruptive
elements. For the truly responsible and prudent citizen takes the long
view, and he sees (in the words of the Founding Fathers) that
governments long established should not be changed for light and
transient causes; that, however grievous may be the defects in any
governmental policy or even in any system of government, it is nearly
always preferable to tolerate those defects and to work for reform
rather than to destroy the system.
Order Before Justice
Most injustices and evils on the part of a government are, after all,
tolerable, but the absence of order is not. Not only is order an
indispensable prerequisite for any form of society and for all human
progress, but life itself cannot long continue in its absence.
Western man has been guided in his upward struggle throughout the
millennia by an inherent will-to-order. It is an essential aspect of
our racial soul. To many, then, it seems natural that the best racial
elements of our society should be the champions of law and order,
while the worst elements should be the principal proponents of
disorder, revolution, and chaos.
Yet, as with most things, there are limits beyond which blind support
of governmental authority ceases to be a virtue and becomes instead an
evil.
The great question of our day is: How much corruption must be
tolerated for the sake of order? When have things gone so far that
reform of the System is no longer feasible and revolution becomes the
responsible alternative? Where should the line be drawn?
Americans More Servile
History does not help us much. The conditions which, 200 years ago,
led our forefathers to decide that the line had been crossed are
totally unlike those of today.
We could easily justify the toleration of unfair taxes, of
governmental meddling in our personal affairs and infringement of
prerogatives, if we could thereby maintain an orderly society in these
vastly more dangerous times.
Although we can admire the American colonists’ fierce intolerance of
tyranny, we, having become more servile and practical, would not rebel
under similar circumstances. And if the issues troubling us were no
more burdensome than those faced by them, the appellation “responsible
conservative” would not be such an epithet of ridicule and contempt
today.
Government as a Utility
In order to understand when the support of governmental authority
stops being responsible and becomes merely obstinate we must examine
the basic premises on which any government’s right to exist is
founded.
The prevalent view of the government today, shared by both liberals
and conservatives, is that it is an expensive but necessary public
utility whose principal functions are to maintain law and order,
mediate squabbles among the citizenry, and provide certain general
services, such as national defense, mail delivery, and a bureau of
weights and measures.
There is a diversity of opinion, of course, on details. Laissez-faire
conservatives take the attitude that the services provided by
government—and, consequently, its operating expense—should be kept at
a minimal level. Welfare-oriented liberals are more inclined to demand
the maximum of services and not worry about the expense.
Not A Dime’s Worth of Difference
In the most fundamental sense, however, right and left alike regard
government from the same viewpoint: It is a dispenser of largesse, an
oiler of the machinery of commerce, a source of favors and privileges,
a traffic cop and an errand boy. Its role is to help keep society
running smoothly so each citizen can “do his own thing” with a minimum
of friction from others who are doing their things.
The consequence of this libertarian concept of government is the
catastrophic state of affairs which exists in the Western world today.
We plunder and poison our environment, both physical and spiritual,
while the government sits on its hands.
Perversion, drugs, organized crime, and political corruption flourish,
and the state can do nothing.
Massive treason occurs in our streets, just as in the highest councils
of our land, and rioting aliens burn our cities, while Washington
looks on helplessly.
System Is Sick
But this breakdown in operational function is only the outward
manifestation of a far graver inner sickness—a sickness stemming from
errors of the most fundamental sort in the very premises on which
today’s government is based.
It is clear that the men who sacrificed their lives at the Alamo had a
deeper motivation than a desire to preserve the police power of the
state. And those who died on Iwo Jima did not do so for the sake of
the farm subsidy program or an independent judiciary.
Patriotism, in fact, has very little to do with law and order, the
protection of property rights, or the regulation of commerce. Contrary
to libertarian claims, it has not much to do with freedom either. The
preservation of freedom or of “the American way of life” may be
convenient concepts around which to build war-propaganda slogans or
election clichés, but the reason men are willing to die in battle has
more fundamental roots.
Feeling for Own Kind
Though patriotic feelings may be developed and modified in citizens by
education or indoctrination, the rudiments of patriotism are inborn.
That inborn quality is simply the instinct for the preservation of
one’s own kind.
The only government which can rightly demand of its citizens loyalty
unto death is a government based on this fundament. A government
properly constituted and a state properly conceived serve to express
the collective will of a people—that is, of a group of human beings
sufficiently homogeneous in their physical and psychical makeup that
the fundamental concept of “kind” has real meaning for every member of
that group.
Thus, the state—and much less any government—is no end in itself, but
only a means to an end. That end is the preservation and advancement
of a people—of a racial community.
The Organic State
Only so far as a state is identified with the vital interests of a
people is it entitled to the allegiance of that people. Such
allegiance is then equivalent to loyalty to one’s own kind, and such a
state is organic in that its existence stems in a natural—one could
even say biological—way from a natural community.
Any racially self-conscious citizen finds himself subject to two
allegiances: that binding him to his own kind and that obligating him
to his government. Of the two, the first has precedence. Only in an
organic state do the two coincide.
Multiracialism Is Absurd
A government which claims to represent the vital interests of a
multiracial society is not only unnatural but absurd. To whom, for
example, does the Bantu in South Africa or the Arab in occupied
Palestine give his loyalty—to the government or to his own kind?
Neither the Afrikaaners nor the Jews are so foolish as to imagine it
will be to the government, despite the multi-racial baloney to which
they feel obligated to give lip service. For this reason, both Jew and
Afrikaaner take care to keep all the strings of government in their
own hands.
We in America have not been so smart—but, then, no other nation has
ever been subjected to such a program of liberal brainwashing and
internal subversion as we have.
A Corrupt Monstrosity
The United States government has, through slow and (until the last 20
years) nearly imperceptible change, been transformed from an organic
institution embodying the will and aspirations of a free, White, and
proud citizenry to a corrupt, unnatural, and degenerate monstrosity
irresponsibly catering to the dissolute tastes, desires, and whims of
an increasingly debased, raceless conglomerate of materialistic serfs,
products of the urban jungle and the most tyrannical thought-control
apparatus the world has ever known.
As the government grinds massively onward, it behaves like a
Frankenstein monster out of control. It has become completely
alienated from the racial elements which originally created it and
gave it life.
This terrible truth manifests itself daily in a thousand ways.
Terror in the Schools
Every White student in the public school systems of America’s cities,
racially integrated by decree of the Justice Department, has
experienced the terror which stalks his classrooms and recreation
fields, hallways and restrooms. The daily shakedowns and beatings,
indignities and intimidations bring a feeling of hopelessness and
despair, because the government responsible for this classroom terror
will not even admit that it exists.
Every White policeman and every White serviceman belonging to a police
or military unit racially integrated by decree of City Hall or the
Pentagon feels the loss of spirit and efficiency which has come as a
result. He is sickened and discouraged by the slackening standards in
his once-proud profession, by the growing corruption and rising drug
abuse on the part of those who wear his uniform.
An Alien Tide
Every working man whose union has been flooded with underskilled
“minority” workers by Labor Department decree senses the loss
entailed, not only to his craft or trade but to the nation. If he has
any pride of workmanship he must sorrow as the old, hard-earned
traditions of skill and excellence yield to the alien tide of
“equality.”
Every responsible and racially-conscious public-school teacher, who,
year by year, sees more and more lies and distortions in the textbooks
he must use—textbooks which are being continually “revised” by decree
of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare—knows the shame of
aiding in the planting of these lies in the minds of his young
charges.
Schools Racially Destructive
This is among the most deadly of all the System’s racially destructive
activities. Through its iron control over the educational process it
deliberately alienates an entire generation of young Americans from
their cultural and racial antecedents. It applies the corrosive
compound of half-truths and lies, calculated omissions and subtle
psychological tricks to destroy all bonds between the individual and
his racial community.
Our schools do not truly educate; instead they produce young people
who, at worst, are so filled with artificially instilled feelings of
guilt and self-hatred, the consequence of never-ending propaganda
about “White racism” and the oppression of minorities, that they
actively and consciously collaborate with the avowed enemies of our
people. At best, we get young men and women who, having been denied
the knowledge of the greatness and uniqueness of their race and of
their responsibility as the bearers of that greatness and uniqueness,
are indifferent to any appeal to racial solidarity. They are all
converts to the liberal religion of individuality—the view that the
individual exists solely as an end in himself.
Every year—every day—that this deadly process continues brings us
closer to that point of no return when there will be so few
uncorrupted escapees from the public mind-molding institutions that no
effective resistance to the System can any longer be built.
Government Genocide
The United States government does not carry on its genocidal
activities blindly or accidentally or against its will. It does not
act reluctantly because of pressure from the alien-controlled
newspapers and broadcasting networks.
The agencies of government are integral parts of the entire, corrupt
System. They work hand in hand with the propaganda media to quench any
spark of racial consciousness which might threaten their rule.
Ultimately the System, in order to secure its own evil existence,
seeks the destruction of every last remnant of the only race which,
having created it, is also capable of destroying it.
Servants of the System
The time has come when we must wake up and realize that the policeman
on the street corner and the Congressman in Washington are no longer
either our guardians or our servants. They are the guardians and
servants of the System—though not necessarily consciously or with
malice aforethought. More often they are only timeservers,
more-or-less powerless cogs in the machine themselves.
Nevertheless, willingly or unwillingly, it is the System they serve.
The governmental structure which our forefathers built up to serve and
protect us has been turned against us. Its strength is no longer our
security but our peril. Its weaknesses are no longer our misfortune
but our opportunity.
The line has been crossed.
Among racially conscious Americans there is widespread awareness of
the destructive role of the System, but an equally widespread
paralysis of the will where any remedy is concerned. Part of the fault
lies in the fact that with Blacks and Jewish liberals and the spoiled,
hairy brats of the Establishment shouting for a revolution, everyone
else is inclined to regard revolution as a dirty word. To most mature
and thoughtful patriots it is an abomination.
A Trap for Conservatives
This attitude arises from a failure to understand that the
“revolutionary” tactics of those elements presently rioting in the
streets are only a means of further emphasizing those things we
already hate worst in the System. They only want to push us even
faster along the road to racial ruin.
Thus, our “responsible conservatives” (and others) fall into the trap
of saying: “No, the System is going fast enough the way you want it.
We will oppose your revolutionary demands by defending the System
against you.”
And they still vainly seek solutions in the realm of reform rather
than revolution: Write a letter to your Congressman. Send a dollar to
help awaken your fellow citizens to the dangers of communism. Vote
conservative. Join a tax protest. Pray that the earth will open and
swallow the Supreme Court.
Present Prosperity a Curse
When the average White working man can own a color TV set, two new
cars, and a house in the suburbs, it is very difficult to think
revolution. We are comfort corrupted. No matter how bad the System is,
we are unwilling to sacrifice our material luxuries for the sake of
securing the future of the race.
We find too difficult to accept that it is better that we suffer the
worst privations, the most grinding poverty, the most tyrannical
oppressions than that, wallowing in comfort, we allow the race to die.
And so we keep looking for easier ways.
But there aren’t any easy ways. Maybe there were 50 years ago, but not
today.
It is no longer possible to cure the System—to bring Frankenstein’s
monster to heel—by Constitutional methods.
When the electoral process ceased being a person-to-person evaluation
and choice of their representatives and leaders from among themselves
by a properly qualified citizenry, the governmental forms handed down
to us by a free Anglo-Saxon yeomanry lost their original meaning and
relevance.
Today’s political shell game, in which the entire public herd is
allowed a “choice” from an array of media-generated images, makes a
cynical mockery of the very concept of representative democracy.
As long as public opinion is not the spontaneous consensus of a
racially and culturally homogenous populace but is the artificially
created and manipulated concoction of a small clique of racially alien
mind-molders, it is idle to contemplate bringing about, by
System-approved means, any significant governmental change contrary to
the wishes of those who control the System.
Yet, millions of optimistic patriots perennially convince themselves
that they have found an honest politician who, if only they can sneak
him past the professionals and get him elected, will outwit the
string-pullers and return the American government to the hands of its
proper owners. They drastically underestimate the cunning of their

Florida boy suspected in beating death of infant sibling
TAMPA, Florida (AP) -- A 7-year-old boy beat his baby half-sister to
death with his fists, feet and a two-by-four because he was jealous of
the attention the girl was receiving and because she would not stop
crying, police said Wednesday.
The State Attorney's Office is deciding whether to file charges against
the boy in an attack that rattled even veteran homicide detectives.
"The veteran detectives who worked on this case have never seen a case
with someone as young as a 7-year-old show so much violence and so
little remorse," Tampa police spokeswoman Laura McElroy said.
The attack occurred May 22 in Tampa, where the boy had been visiting his
father.
Seven-month-old Jayza Laney Simms was dead on arrival at the hospital
where her parents rushed her.
The boy confessed to killing his sister a week later when detectives
confronted him with the evidence, McElroy said.
The unidentified boy was not taken into custody and is living with his
mother while prosecutors make their decision on whether to charge him.
Police said the father and his girlfriend were outside visiting with
neighbors when the boy came to them about midnight on the night of the
attack and told them the baby was "bleeding." They found the girl with a
bloody nose and said she wasn't breathing.
The Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office did not immediately
return telephone calls for comment Wednesday.

Manslaughter case unprecedented for New York City
The Associated Press
NEW YORK - A 9-year-old girl fatally stabbed an 11-year-old girl in the
chest with a kitchen knife during a fight over a ball, authorities said.
The 9-year-old, whose name wasn't released, was charged with
manslaughter.
Police spokesman Paul Browne told The New York Times that he was
"unaware of anyone younger implicated in such an act in New York City."
The victim, Queen Washington, 11, was pronounced dead at a hospital.
"I don't understand how this could happen," Joyce Porter, Queen's
grandmother, told the Times. She said Queen's mother had called her
earlier that afternoon. "She told me, 'Queen is dead,"' Porter said,
adding, "It was over a ball."
The girls had been playing together at the 9-year-old's apartment on
Monday, but the girl's mother had stepped out to borrow something from a
neighbor, police said.
A spokesman for the Brooklyn district attorney's office said the case
would go to family court because the girl is younger than 14.
In 1999, 12-year-old Lionel Tate became the youngest person in modern
U.S. history to be sentenced to life in prison for the killing of
6-year-old Tiffany Eunick in Florida.
He won a new trial on appeal and went free in January 2004 under a deal
that placed him under house arrest for a year followed by probation for
10 years. Now 18, he was arrested this month for allegedly holding up a
pizza delivery man at gunpoint

Payette, Idaho. Round One of the Lonny Rae thought crime trial is
over after a quick, two-day jury trial in this sleepy backwoods town
in Southwestern Idaho. The thought police lost...this time. The next
time it could be very different, depending upon the parties involved
and the circumstances.
Lonny Rae was acquitted of a charge of Malicious Harassment (the
formal title of Idaho's "hate crime" law), by a jury that saw no
racial animus in the slur that he flung at the back of the hulking
black man he had just seen mauling his wife.
Now, for the bad news. That same jury found Lonny Rae guilty of
assault, a misdemeanor (the hate crime charge was a felony for which
the maximum penalty was 5 years). The black man, as many know, has
never been charged with any crime for attacking Lonny's wife. The
double standard for treatment of whites and blacks by the American
judicial system continues.
We will file a post-trial motion to set aside the verdict, of course,
which District Court judge Stephen Drescher almost certainly will
deny. We will then move on to a direct appeal of the conviction.
This is more than a routine move by a disgruntled defendant, however,
as it highlights yet another extraordinary and unusual twist in a case
that was already noteworthy in many respects.
The appeal also will be unusual because such an appeal is rarely
taken, if ever, in view of the fact that the penalty for simple
misdemeanor assault reasonably can be expected to amount to nothing
more than a brief period of unsupervised probation. This sort of
appeal can be taken when your lawyer works for free or if you have
unlimited financial resources, both of which are out of reach for the
vast majority of Americans, particularly those charged with these
"crimes."
I undertook the pro bono representation of Lonny Rae because I see
this as a case vitally important to the rest of us, not just for the
First Amendment issue involved, but also because of the double
standard employed against white people when blacks are involved in a
lawsuit. As I said to the jury during closing argument yesterday:
"Why are white people treated one way for saying the word '*****,'
when blacks are treated completely differently? It quite simply isn't
fair."
Now, here's the real kicker: Lonny Rae was never charged with the
crime for which he was convicted! That's right. You didn't read it
wrong. Assault was never mentioned in the original complaint and it
was never mentioned during the trial. We didn't prepare to deflect an
assault charge and we never put on evidence designed to acquit Lonny
Rae of that charge.
Unlike a civil trial, for which lawyers file proposed jury
instructions days in advance, instructions which conclusively outline
the legal parameters of a case, a criminal trial sees them prepared
and reviewed at or near the end of the presentation of evidence, just
before the jury is "given" the case to decide. Jury instructions
always include the actual charges against a defendant.
After we rested our defense of Lonny Rae, the judge sent the jury to
the jury room and then gave copies of the jury instructions he had
prepared to both the Adams County Prosecutor, Myron Gabbert, and
myself. I was stunned to see instructions for both assault and
disturbing the peace, listed as what is commonly called
"lesser-included offenses." The prosecutor was as surprised as was I.
"But, judge," I objected, "my client was never charged with these
offenses and neither is a logical subset of the actual charge." Judge
Drescher disagreed and overruled my objection, setting the stage for
the appeal that we will now prepare.
Here are examples of lesser included offenses: negligent driving (for
reckless driving), manslaughter (for murder), assault (for battery).
Idaho's hate crime law has been little used since its adoption and not
at all examined on appeal, certainly not regarding the issue as to
whether there are any lesser-included offenses. Our belief all
through this case has been that Lonny Rae was either guilty as charged
or innocent, nothing in between. Having the alternative dropped on us
after we had completed the case was a bombshell that I never could
have expected.
Even when charges logically have lesser-included offenses, it is
virtually always up to the prosecutor to insist upon their inclusion
at trial, and the defense is well aware of their existence so that a
case can be prepared against them. It is virtually unheard of for a
judge to include them on his own motion, and certainly never at the
last moment, as in this case.
That is as far as I can go in a public statement about the judge's
actions. I can tell you what happened and I can tell you what I
understand to be the general practice. To criticize the judge or find
fault with his actions and decisions could cost me my law license
(don't you just love the legal system?).
Here's the relevant portion of the Malicious Prosecution jury
instruction: (To find Lonny Rae guilty, you must conclude that he)
"...maliciously and specifically intended to intimidate or harass
Kenneth Manley because of his race or color, by means of...threatening
by word or act (to physically injure Kenneth Manley) and that Kenneth
Manley had reasonable cause to believe that (such injury) would
occur." (Instruction 12, Idaho v. Rae, CR-00-2906)
Here's the Assault jury instruction: "An 'assault' is committed when
a person (1) unlawfully attempts, with apparent ability, to commit a
violent injury on the person of another; or (2) intentionally and
unlawfully threatens by word or act to do violence to the person of
another, with an apparent ability to do so, and does some act which
creates a well-founded fear in the other person that such violence is
imminent." (Instruction 14, Idaho v. Rae, CR-00-2906)
That word "imminent," in and of itself makes these two charges vitally
different and not cut of the same cloth. Timing, as they say, is
everything. There are other differences between the two charges to
preclude one being treated as a lesser-included offense contained
within the other ("violence" versus "harass," for example), but the
timing business is more than sufficient to carry the day, in my
opinion.
The members of the jury were rightfully confused, because they had not
just seen a case about assault tried before them, but rather one
concerning malicious harassment. The easy proof of their confusion
can be seen in their request, during deliberations, to be provided the
definition of the word, "imminent," which is found only in the assault
jury instruction. The judge gave them the Black's Law Dictionary
definition. I, of course, had seen no need to develop the concept for
them during the presentation of evidence, and was able to make only a
passing reference to it in closing argument.
The law on assault is well developed, unlike that for malicious
harassment. There are literally volumes of cases taken up on appeal
concerning just the meaning of the word "imminent," and for good
reason.
In the incident that gave rise to the trial, after Kenneth Manley left
the scene and entered a building, followed by two or three others, and
departed down some stairs and a hallway, Lonny Rae charged up to the
still-open door to that building and said, "Tell that ***** to get
back out here, 'cuz I'm a gonna kick his butt."
He obviously wasn't even talking to Manley ("tell that *****..."), so
this was no real threat. Furthermore, to deliver on his words, it was
necessary for Manley to do something ("get back out here..."),
therefore there was no possibility of delivering the promised action
since it was contingent upon Manley's cooperation. That interceding
action which was necessary from Manley in itself destroyed any
possibility of the "imminent" butt-kicking that Lonny Rae had
mentioned.
So, quite aside from the propriety of using assault as a
lesser-included offense for malicious harassment, the jury really
should never have concluded that Lonny Rae was even guilty of assault.
Of course, had we known that was the case we had to put on, things
very likely would have been different.
It's kind of like playing a game of Monopoly all the way to the end,
strictly according to the rules, then finding that the game being
played really was Sorry, and having the rules changed so that the
result is different from that toward which you have been diligently
working. It just isn't fair.
I quickly went through a copy of Carroll's "Through the Looking
Glass," to find a reference to the playing cards painting the roses
red, because the queen had changed her mind, but settled for the quote
I opened this essay with, instead. It seems as appropriate.
You have got to wonder just what is going on in this case.
Regardless, it is far from over. I will not rest until I have done
everything in my power to see that Lonny Rae walks away from this
incident free of charges and penalties. Nor will I rest until I have
done everything in my power to see that Kenneth Manley suffers for the
unprovoked assault and battery he committed on Lonny's wife.
Incidentally, just before trial we developed evidence that Manley had
been suspended by another football league from being a referee for a
violent interchange between himself and others, an interchange which
he provoked. In that case, as well, Manley claimed that others hurled
racial slurs at him, which many witnesses then stepped forward to
prove being false. On the stand during this trial, and before we let
him know we had this evidence in hand, Manley denied ever having been
involved in anything like this. It was far from the only lie we
caught him in. But that's a story for another day.
Earlier today, I was discussing Lonny Rae's trial with another
attorney and remarked that, ever since I dared to defend the Aryan
Nations' First Amendment rights (and those of all the rest of us) in
that trumped-up trial brought by Morris Dees and his
ever-so-politically-correct Southern "Poverty" Law Center, it seemed
that every time I now go into court, regardless of the case or the
client, it is as though I have one arm tied behind my back.
For a while I was confused, then angry. Now, it has turned into a
quiet kind of seething that has me arrogantly resolved always to
believe it is okay, since it just evens the odds and makes it a fair
fight.
It's not for nothing that I have acceded to being labeled "Attorney
for the Damned."

Times, one of the most-respected newspapers in the world (it is vended
from street corner machines throughout Washington, DC), carried a
column by op-ed columnist Joel Stein, entitled "Why Hot, WASPy Chicks
Love Jews." And he was dead serious, which shows just how far mighty
America has fallen in submission to the hostile, foreign force now
astride her.
Said Stein: "You let us into your country clubs, gave us your women
and encouraged our most annoyingly self-righteous member to run for
president. So now that we've assimilated to the point where we're
completely the same as white people, we're trying to re-create a
community by shoving our culture down your throats. The bizarre part
is that the same masses who saw 'The Passion of the Christ' are into
it."
Every time I say stuff like this about Jews, I get hate mail. And
mostly from White people, not Jews! I wonder if those same White
people will be writing to the Editor of the LA Times, calling for
Stein's removal because of his anti-Semitism? The LA Times. Imagine. I
can't even get republished at right-wing sites that consider
themselves radical. [Parental warning: some adult material in second

Stein finishes his article with: "When you belong to a people who can
completely pass as white, you have the luxury of exploiting your
difference when it's to your advantage and hiding it when it's not.
It's why we crafted this clever but adorably harmless image."
I can hear the macho White men and women tuning up now. Sit down
again. In fact, you might want to go take a valium before you read any
further.
Here's the worst part about Stein's article: he's right. But, not for
the reasons he thinks. Stein muses that White women want to cuddle
cute little Jews: "We've infantilized ourselves...hot WASPy chicks
love babies." Not even close. Think about Ariel Sharon, the real
butcher of the Middle East. Think of all those Israeli Jews who shoot
unarmed Palestinian children for the crime of existing. Cuddly,
indeed.
White women - indeed, all women - are drawn to power. That's why
tribal chieftains down through the ages have had their pick of the
women in their clan.
It's a DNA thing. Just as a chicken is an egg's way of making another
egg, so does a woman's DNA drive her to select a mate most likely to
nurture and protect her and her offspring. Always, that is the most
powerful (today, rich is a synonym) male around and available to her.
Though a man needs only a minute or two to throw his DNA forward in
time, a woman requires nine months - and that's just the beginning.
That's a long time to need protection. Though I touch on this topic
somewhat in my book, Defensive Racism, the whole male/female
difference thing really requires lots of space to thoroughly hash out.
I've outlined a book on the topic, entitled Love and Other Four-Letter
Words, but for now Defensive Racism will have to keep you; its
extended DNA discussion applies just as surely to the sexes as to
races, incidentally.
In 1973, the Jewish Henry Kissinger was Secretary of State under
Nixon, soon to be replaced by Gerald Ford. He was also fifty years old
- a really, really old guy to those of us who still considered
ourselves immortal. That's why we were so confounded when it was
revealed that Kissinger was then dating one of the current James Bond
Girls: Jill St. John, of 1971's "Diamonds are Forever." It was during
the furor surrounding this revelation that Kissinger eventually issued
the quote for which he will be remembered more than his
disgracefully-unearned Nobel Peace Prize: "Power is the ultimate
aphrodisiac."

names, usually). And they universally treated all starlets as their
personal sexual servants.
In 1955, 20th Century Fox awarded Marilyn Monroe the richest per-film
contract of any actress. "It means," remarked Monroe, "I'll never have
to suck another c**k again!" (McDougal, Dennis. The Last Mogul: Lew
Wasserman, MCA, and the Hidden History of Hollywood. Crown Publishers,
New York, 1998, p. 217). Now, I haven't read Mr. McDougal's book - I
simply can't bring myself to actually pay money for it - I pulled that
quote off the Internet. However, I believe the full and accurate quote
(whether or not in the book itself) is, "I'll never have to suck
another Jewish c**k again!"
Edmund Burke (1729-1797), Britain's philosopher/statesman, understood
power: "Those who have been once intoxicated with power, and have
derived any kind of emolument from it, even though but for one year,
never can willingly abandon it."
Lord Acton, in his letter to Bishop Mandell Creighton, 1887: "Power
tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men
are almost always bad men."
Here's the problem: once in power, a ruler can change the interests of
the state to his own interests - and usually does, almost always to
the detriment of those being ruled. And that is the unhappy stage at
which America finds herself today. It is only natural that the best
White women want the most powerful men. And, it is only natural that
Jews, who always overreach so badly, will bray about it and rub our
noses in the fact. Just as Mr. Stein does with his article, an
increasingly common type of revelation being made to all of us.
But, then, we ain't played Cowboys 'n Jews jest yet. Then we'll see
who ends up with the power.

Guilty plea in mum-in-boot case

THE former mistress of Joseph Korp has pleaded guilty to the attempted
murder of his wife in the so-called car-boot case.
Joseph Korp, 47, and Tania Herman, 38, were charged with attempted
murder, conspiracy to murder, and intentionally causing the serious
injury of Maria Korp, 50.
Mrs Korp was found unconscious in the boot of her car near Melbourne's
Shrine of Remembrance on February 13, four days after she disappeared.
Herman, who faced Melbourne Magistrates Court today via video link,
pleaded guilty to attempted murder.
The court heard the other two charges she had faced would be withdrawn.
The prosecution alleges Mr Korp drove Herman to his marital home in
suburban Mickleham, in the early hours of February 9. She hid in the
garage and, when Mrs Korp entered the garage, Herman used a strap from
a bag to strangle her.
It is alleged Herman placed Maria Korp in the boot of her car and
dumped the car at Melbourne's Shrine of Remembrance.

The two officers stared down at the pile of stones, saw only a small
hand and a foot sticking out and assumed the little girl they had
frantically searched for was dead.
Finally, they had found her at a secluded landfill, her body stuffed
inside a large bright yellow recycling bin, with rocks and crushed
concrete covering her. The bin lay inside a trash container, a dismal
last resting place.
Milagro Cunningham, 17, is in custody on charges of attempted murder,
sexual battery and false imprisonment.
