Since Israel's withdrawal from Gaza nearly a year ago, Gaza has become
a launching pad for various Arab terror groups. Over 1,000 rockets and
an uncountable number of mortar shells were fired toward Israel. Last
month's attack on the security post and the kidnapping of an Israeli
soldier by Hamas was the last straw.
If anyone thinks that all of this has been just a collection of random
acts of terror, then they are mistaken.
The coordinated war against Israel was being waged even before the
inception of the Jewish state. It has been carried out on the fields of
battle and in the corridors of the United Nations (and the League of
Nations). It is a well-coordinated effort, greased by oil and
anti-Semitism.
Immediately after the military escalation in Gaza, Hizbullah was
prepared for military operations, with well-planned attacks on Israeli
border patrols and the firing of hundreds of long-range rockets. At the
same time, the diplomatic war was activated, as well. It did not take
long for Qatar to prepare and table an anti-Israel resolution in the
United Nations Security Council. The US employed its veto power, but,
contrary to the beliefs of many, US support for Israel will not last
long. US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has already urged Israel
to exercise restraint, as has President George Bush.
Arab neighbours have forced Israel to fight many wars against them.
Many years ago, the late president of Egypt, Anwar Sadat, said, "We
only need to win one war!" Fortunately for Jews, Israel has won each of
them, so far. Every time Israel was about to end the conflict by
decisive victory over her Arab enemies, however, the international
community, including the USA, stepped in and denied Jews the victory by
threat of military, economic and political actions against Israel.
Now, the Lebanese government is responsible for Hizbullah's hostility
against Israel. Since Israel left Lebanon in 2000, Lebanon disarmed all
militias but Hizbullah. The Lebanese army was not deployed in southern
Lebanon and, for years, the Hizbullah organization was given complete
freedom of action.
At the same time, the Olmert government, as led by some of the
executioners of the Disengagement Plan, is completely responsible for
the escalation of Arab terror from Gaza. It is a well-known fact that
for Arab Palestinians, nothing is going to be enough, even if Israel
gives it all up: Judea, Samaria, Gaza and Jerusalem. But gutless,
self-hating and corrupt Israeli politicians chose to ignore this fact.
For how long do Jews have to tolerate the stupidity of their own
governments, the duplicity and blatant anti-Semitism of the
International community and the openly expressed intentions of Arab
countries to destroy Israel? The time has come to use the military
advantage Israel has at the moment to crush our enemies, once and for
all. Otherwise, with the rising oil crisis and the world's oil
dependency, as well as the possible development of the "Islamic WMD",
it will be too late.
Israel must regain full control over Jewish land and remove
terror-infested, hostile populations from Eretz Israel. Israel must not
miss this opportunity. We must act now.

Nothing in this post talks about the numerous Israeli missile attacks,
bombings and artillery attacks of innocent Palestian civilians. One of which
recently killed a Palestian family enjoying a day at the beach.
There is terror being committed on both sides and if you look at the
statistics, The Palestians civilians are the worse off.
Its time Israel accepted and recognised a Palestian homeland.
The sad thing is that the Palestian people accepted the large amounts of
Jewish refugees during the 30's and early 40's only to have their homeland
partitioned and given away to the immigrants in 1947.

I think this has already been tried. The palestinians are
controlled by extremist groups who don't have a vision for a
homeland. They only know how to build bomb-vests.

They tried that in the year 2000. But the Palestinian leader rejected
the plan. So more recently, Israel pulled completely out of Gaza. The
Palestinians had complete control of Gaza, and what was their response?
Hamas began firing missles into Israel on a daily basis. Why?

Arc, look....what you clearly don't understand (at least according to
Elie Wiesel and a lot of other Jewish people on Fox News today) is that
Israel only wants peace. They just want to get along.
All of this...ohhhh 10x as many Arab civilians die as do Israeli
ones....blah blah...Israel ran over an American non-violent protester
trying to protect Palestinian houses..blah blah...people actually lived
in the areas that the western powers gave to Israel...blah blah
blah...that is all just...sloganeering, rhetoric, isn't it?...it's all
just rubbish...because, you see, Israel just wants peace. So, when
they started settlements around water supplies in the occupied
territories, see...that isn't a provocation...they just want peace.
And the Palestinians and the Lebonese Hezbollah (doesn't that just
sound evil to you?), and HAMAS and the PLO and the Liberation Front
for Palestine and all them...they are just TERRORISTS you see. They
all admit to wanting the destruction of Israel, and they have no good
reason to feel this way. Israel doesn't want to destroy them...they
just want to NEUTRALIZE them--to take away all politcal and military
power...see? Can't you distinguish terrorists from terrorists? I
mean...terrorists from the guys in uniform killing 10x the number of
civilians that have been killed in Israel?
Look, it's like this. Israel just wants peace. Israel has the right
to defend itself! But the Lebanese who watch Israel settle areas in
occupied territories aren't defending anything. See? That is why
Israelis peacefully settle areas that don't belong to them. If
Hezbollah would just adopt that policy, Israel would slaughter them
like cattle, but still, Israel only wants peace. So, when they start a
military offensive into a former settlement to secure it for
resettlement and the Arabs in the area see it for what it is and
resist...they are terrorists. Israel is just defending itself, but
Arabs are terrorists. Got it? And the missiles Hezbollah is launching
are terrorism and have absolutely no justification whatsoever other
than the thousands of Lebanese civilians being butchered by tanks and
air assaults, not to mention the collateral damage to homes and lives.
But hey, Israel only wants peace. It is their offensive, but they are
only DEFENDING themselves by going into illegal settlements with their
military. And by crossing the border into Lebanon to stop these
horrible terrorist attacks that only resurfaced when Israel started its
military offenseve, see? They are good and nice when they kill
thousands of Palestinians and Lebanese. But when a little 14-yr old
Arab girl blows herself up, that is TERRORISM.
I think you need to get on the right side of this conflict--since there
really is only one side, and it is the Israeli side because they have
the right to defend themselves and they only want peace and water
supplies and settlements in areas that are not officially Israel. That
is all they want. Just a buffer zone between Lebanon and Israel which
will allow them to resettle those abandoned communities that aren't
theirs to begin with.
So, just stop with your anti-semitic rhetoric (because we all know that
to criticize Israel really is to criticize all Jews, including the 12
US Senators that are Jewish and all the American Israeli--errr I mean
Jews). Israel can do whatever it wants because its only critics are
anti-semitic holocaust-denying nutcases.
After this is all over, there will be another nice safe buffer zone for
the Israelis to settle, incurring Lebanese anger and terrorism, which
will provide reason for another offensive. So just chill, ok?
Everything is under control.
S~
And remember, Israel has a right to defend itself everytime some
criminal does something stupid, and Israel only wants peace no matter
how much it looks like
they are a bunch of genocidal racial supremecists.

Former settlement? That means they had previously pulled out of that
settlement? Hmm, so why did they start a military offensive after they
had voluntarily pulled out of that settlement? No reason at all? Or did
you leave some important information out of your assessment?

Face it, neither side really wants peace, or they'd be putting a little
more effort into cooperating with each other in working out a viable
agreement.

The sad thing is that the Palestian people accepted the large amounts

They didn't have a say, it was British controlled, and Britain was trying
to keep Jews out during WWII. Nasty little bit of history, if you ask me
- they knew Jews were being persecuted and made it more difficult for Jews
to immigrate into Palestine. (The US did the same thing with Jews wanting
to come to the US - even sent a shipload of Jews back to Europe, but they
were detained by Cuba, who took all their possessions before sending them
back).
