I've just finished my fourth book, and I'm ready to
start work on a fifth book related to astronomy and
astrology, tarot and mythology, light and sound etc.
Also, I'm considering publishing a monthly almanach
composed of daily horoscopes, probably beginning in
February next year. Meanwhile, my prediction stands.

That sounds great, Min.
Now, just for the book jacket author information, someone
rumored that you are a female. Would you like to confirm that:
a) You are male
b) You are female
c) Androgynous: you are a mixture of a & b
d) No comment; none of the above

One presumes that what you meant to say. Was that she could never
find a publisher quite lunatic enough to print her bizarre material.
But at least you didn't re-dump her post in fully unabridged form as
many are wont to do. Some repost her lurid tirades in full without
even reading the same. Assuming quite falsely, that there must be some
small point worthy of merit within the deep, turgid bowl of her
textural diarrhoea.
They would be quite wrong of course. To the contrary in fact. Nothing
of any value has ever flowed from her pen, her keyboard or her manic,
tortured soul. Though one fears for the latter. Housed, as it is,
within the shattered ruins of her hunched, malnourished form. Coal
fire eyes, scanning through lank, matted hair at the recesses of her
foul hovel. Fearful of another glimpse of the noxiously flatulent
demons of her creeping insanity. As she bows, humped over, drooling
incessantly for hours without number. The ash from the ever drooping
cigarette, obscenely dangling from the repulsive, ragged grey gash of
a mouth, falling where it may.
The horribly arched, begrimed and pustulated fingers long bereft of
recognisable nails. Thrash like some unimaginably awful, alien
spidercrabs, locked in fierce mortal combat. As she pounds dementedly
at her repulsively stained and encrusted keyboard with her blue-grey,
gnubbed and horribly malformed hands.
Seemingly at times driven by the devil herself. As some new frantic
thought must be consigned to the fiendishly screaming banshee of her
tortured harddisk. Then she pauses abruptly and rocks sickeningly to
and fro. As if in the last throes of terminal agony. Before thrashing
ever onwards, towards the total, chaotic oblivion of her final
insanity. As another newsgroup post is spawned. Glistening wet and
dripping with a putrifying stench. Horribly deformed from the norm.
And quite, quite dead. ;-)

I tried encouraging her/him to stick to groups that would appreciate his/her
material instead of cross-posting pages upon pages of astrological data to 7
or 8 different news groups including the physical science groups that aren't
interested anyway. Why is that so difficult? He/she won't be reasonable.

I am new to seeing his posts, so for my own information, I followed one of
the links back and found a half-way decent chart on astrological references
in tarot. He didn't try to draw any conclusions, it was just chart-based
posting. Might be good starting place for someone who was researching such
a thing. I don't know about everyone else, but when I research something I
don't typically start with google's advanced *groups* search for topics, but
rather with a website search as they have more permanence usually.
I don't get it really... if he had any business sense at all he would set up
a website - perfectly searchable via keywords and meta's, post 1/2 of his
current postings there, and compile the rest into an actual book. It isn't
hard to self-publish anymore.... ok it's not as hard as it used to be,
especially if one doesn't care what the rest of the community think of
oneself.... which apparently he does not.

He says his messages archived on Google *are* his website; postings
full of links to Google searches that presumably retrieve his various
screeds appear to be part of his regular spamming round.

She. Chris B. was describing his most recent date with Danielle
Josephine Min. He appears to be torn between his love for Danielle and
his distaste for her writings, especially with regards to their beliefs in
astrology, since Chris is an amateur astrologer, who builds crystal balls

There is good reason to believe that Daniel is in touch with his
anima. Not all guys have to be macho, Ryan.
To quote James Redfield's *Celestine Prophecy*:
"... the mystical energy that we can tap as an inner source is both
male and female ... according to the Eighth Insight, when we first
begin to evolve, we automatically begin to receive our opposite-sex
energy ..."
Food for thought, huh?

Why do you think it's a point of concern?
It doesn't matter one way or the other on usenet that much,
however, one does recognize the "Min name."
Although some males write about astrology, isn't astrology
overwhelmingly a female interest?
Guys usually talk more about sports statistics than astrological
ones, although I will say that my original spark of interest in
astrology was inspired by a male substitute teacher I had in 7th
grade. Kudos to him for keeping the class orderly and quiet by
discussing each student's sign (not an easy task for a substitute
teacher with 7th graders)---so, okay, men can be interested in
astrology.
The only time guys have talked about astrology to me in "real life"
(i.e. face-to-face, not over the Internet) was when they were
interested in me at a bar, "What's your sign?" is one of the oldest
pick-up lines in the book.
I've noticed the Min posts & I usually give them the automatic
delete, but I did notice the name "Daniel Joseph" and it just
registered to delete these wacky guy's posts.
I get bored with reading Min's posts, so sometimes I read the
comments on Min to figure out if Min's post is worth reading.
Then someone came up with the theory that Min is a female.
Perhaps it's the "Androgynous Min?" A point only relevant during a
moment of boredom (looking through usenet for a glimmer of possible
entertainment?--Doesn't happen too often)
