I think the "controversial subject" should be more along the lines that
women were repressed for thousands of years. That they are finally
demanding the equality that they deserve should in no way be
controversial - if it is, one should wonder why men have had these same
freedoms for millenia with no similar questioning.

Well, being that I've never lived in a world where men are superior to
women (I'm a 25 year old American), I've never lived through men being
dominent and women being passive. In fact, my lawyer and my doctor are
both women.
It's always been normal for me to see women in high ranking postions
that at one time only men held. To me, we are 100% equal.
So, I've never been concerned with "female liberation" because it's
never been a problem that I've had to fight against.
I know that back in the day it was like that (women fighting for
liberation and equality) but it looks like my tough "sisters" paved the
way for my generation of women to be fully equal.
And as far as "sexual expression" .. put it this way, women ask men out
a lot rather than back in the day when the woman would wait to be
asked; some women pick the check up after a date at a restaurant; some
women have more than one boyfriend; and yes, some women have one night
stands.. have sex purely for the physical pleasure then dump the guy.
JUST like men have been doing it for years.
But when a man does it his friends give him a high five; when the womwn
do it, they are labelled "sluts" - no more.. the tables have turned.
We are some tough biatches.
(but we still want (not need) but want and love you guys ;)

Hmmmmm, have you heard of El Shaddai, the Great Nurse, the Great
Nurturer of the Old Testament? Used over 200 times in the OT and
usually translated as God Almighty, it's the only name for God in the
bible that is female in gender, as "El" designates.
This will be my last foray into Judeo - Christian commentary.
Other than to say that the power of God, dunamis, is generated by a
union, an intimacy, a "sexuality" that's beyond simple human
comprehension and needs to be experienced personally. :-)

What sort of topic is that! Sexist or what? Why on earth should women be
likened to bloody eve? Who the heck cares. Women, globally should be
treated with the same respect as afforded to men. They should not be
maltreated or abused for whatever reason. No religion in its right mind
would do any less or they have revealed themselves not to be a religion but
a cult. A woman should be free, as any individual to pursue her own life,
make her own decisions without being ridiculed or persecuted that she is
decadent in the eyes of some way out religious nuts imposing their beliefs
on other women. My recommendation to you dear, if you believe western women
are decadent then stay in your own country and believe what you want don't
be telling us what we can and cant do. We have fought hard to obtain our
freedom and no one is going to take it away from us again. There is no
controversy except in the eyes of religious cooks who have nothing better to
do than to make themselves feel stronger by degrading and persecuting women.
I am a wife and mother and im damn proud of my husband and kids, I dress the
way I want and do what I want with the support of my husband. He does not
ridicule me or impose absurd religious beliefs because we are a team and
have equal respect. If you believe all western women are decadent then you

Given the situation that you pose my answer would be, most women, and I mean
women who also respect men which by the way are the majority, would dress in
a manner comfortable for themselves and for their work environment. You
will not stop those that use their sexuality and this is a choice as it is
for men yes believe it or not men are guilty of the same and I have seen it.
You can not take the odd instances of either sex and taint the rest for
their conduct. Men like to see a feminine women that is nature so the high
heels ect.............. well the pain we women have to bear for our men rofl
.........we like to look good and be able to confidently express it and I can
say that perhaps while it was difficult for you to work with a 'knock out
blonde' I have had the pleasure working with men that have also been good
looking ......but and I say but........ most women can say hmmmm very nice
but that's it and continue to work without giving it a second thought. Its
fine to appreciate but you should be able to get over it and move on. What
it comes down to is choice and most women choose wisely to suit the
occassion there will always be some that wont and that is THEIR choice one
that I will not subject to having my choices made for me because of those
few. In an ideal world we would have nothing to complain about.........now
that would be pretty boring....what would we do here then? rofl...... Try a
cold shower and think of what she will look like as a granny it may help.
