Wrong. Rich and famous people settle out of court all the time to limit the
damage done to their name by long drawn out trials.

Heh. Thanks for the repost, Amy. Obviously, Tony isn't grasping the
significance of O'Reilly caving before discovery even got into swing. Usually,
settlements take months or years to work out, not days.
