A general election has been called in the UK on 5 May 2005, i.e. 5/5/5.
What correspondences?
One that springs to mind is that US/UK forces invaded Iraq exactly 555
days after 911... (and as Clare Short later said, "It is clear now that
there was a date for war... They were going to war anyway").
(Note that correspondences don't disappear just because local elections
were known to be happening on 5 May 2005 too).

So the Labour Party have dicovered the power of numbers.

Hi Gea,
many many governments and factions have used this kind of thinking
before!
the world , as we know it[sorry folks] is probably cominmg to an end, and
the powers that be have hastened this event,
so my prediction:

UK local elections are always held on the first Thursday in May.
The convention is that, although UK general elections can be held
with up to a five year gap, a four year gap is the standard and they
are held on the same day as the local elections. 5th May 2005 was
always going to be by far the most likely date for a general election.

Ditto, just because a four-year gap since the last election is quite
common.
Note that I say 'quite common'. It is not a convention. Only 2 out of
the last 4 general elections, and 4 out of the last 8, have been held
four years after the previous election. A four-year gap is quite likely
though when one party has a large majority.

I'm not quite sure what you mean??
BTW one of the minor political parties, namely Respect, led by George
Galloway (who is an SIS stooge IMO), is saying it will take legal action
with regard to postal voting. (For those who don't already know, there
is going to be massive fraud in this election, especially using fake
postal votes). Who knows, perhaps surprising stuff will happen in that
legal action.
