Sorry - I couldn't resist! :)
Anyway about that 7/23 thing -
well, I guess we shall just have
to wait and see what happens.

I laughed. :-)
However, not a cloud in the sky. Of course, if a big storm comes
over, I'm likely to be out trying to photograph it.. :-)

What will happen, is that *something* will happen, and the moron will
try to claim a hit.
We don't have to wait for that to draw a conclusion.

I think most everybody in this NG knows that I'm
a compulsive joker - merry prankster and good old
hippie.
I was joking - not predicting. But, should Wally ever be
struck by lightning I'll stop posting to the Usenet forever!

I regret to announce that this morning at 3.00am, a single cloud
settled over Wally as he was out with his telescope. A sudden bolt of
lightning turned the surrounding area to daylight and the only thing
left was Wally's boots.
Just joking, and I knew you were. :-) Not a cloud in the sky. Your
usenet presence is perfectly safe

Well he has made a specific prediction now. We're all going to die
tomorrow for laughing at him. Well that should make it easy to disprove
come Sunday.
Unless he take's a line out of Sollog's screed and starts talking about
metaphorical deaths, of course.
