and the Washington Post, say Berger did not intentionally attempt to
remove classified material, but did so inadvertently while he was in a
rush to go over a mountain of material.
The stories don't say the 'five lawyers' have admitted his deliberate
wrongdoing, as you imply.
The FBI probe isn't nailing him yet and more investigation is
underway--just before the Democratic Natl. Convention and at the same time
the Senate's final 911 report is released. My, what a coincidence!
Hopefully, they'll look into the timing and motivation for these
allegations of willful wrongdoing by partisans. Eh, ***** knocker?
So, as it stands now, and in contrast to your usual right-wing nutso
biasedness, we have a man who claims this was an honest mistake, a Justice
Dept. probe that has drawn no firm conclusions and certainly haven't

I herd on the news radio last night he had 4 times the possibility to
kill Usama and called it off. I believe you will hear about this
later. He cited that he was watching his movement but U.S. drone
planes had his caravan in full site with armed rockets ready to shoot
to kill and he called off the General and told him not to fire. I
remember reporting this a long time ago from the news radio when it
first happened. It was the first few days of Afghanistan War on
Terror. I knew this was big. He as a traitor I believe if he would
have allowed the general to shoot the drone and kill Usama and the
terrorist world would have thought – don't mess with U.S. and they
find you quickly and destroy you.

You sure did idiot. He admitted it and his lawyer collaborated at
least five times. For a conviction ask the Christian Attorney General
who all forgiving at this point. If it was Reno the Frog and it was a
republican he would be in jail right now.
Was there a trial for Berger?
A trial is for guilty or not guilty idiot. His lawyer stated at least
five time he left the secured reading room with highly classified
docs. The procedure is that no-one leaves that room with anything but
their clothes.

Well, I think this is crazy, but with Clinton you never know. When I
think the dems say they will take care of the left out, and in the same
breath they say they will finish the job with Clinton's welfare reform,
I laugh. To think he did that unilaterally and they all applaud still.
