America turns 227
Hot dogs, history and war were centerpieces of events marking the
227th birthday of the United States. President Bush gave a speech near
Dayton, Ohio, praising U.S. forces fighting terrorism. "We will not
permit any terrorist group or outlaw regime to threaten us with
weapons of mass murder."
