Put all the dates back about 5 or so weeks, and it makes a nice hit.
Also, they give the added bonus of the time when (congress? senate?), in
the US is out. (I'm not American, I don't know your system that well)
So, Bush, or somebody, can declare war without their approval. Only
needing it after the ***** hits the fan.
But, maybe the next major offensive will happen during the time period.
Keep the original message on hand to congradulate or insult, after it
expires.
