Bush already lit the fuse.

The mideast is exploding now. Soon I would expect that Turkey will
invade the Kurdish areas of Iraq, when the kurds establish de-facto
independence. They're close to this now. This isn't a guess. Turkey
already said that it will not allow an independent "Kurdistan" within
Iraq. The Kurdish area of Iraq is one of the few peaceful, and stable
areas, but as Turkey threatens, this won't last. This will set into
motion a reshuffling of alliances, and power structures within the
mideast, leading to disaster. No one could possibly predict the
outcome of this. But when Turkey (a Nato and Israeli ally) invades
Kurdistan (also an ally of the U.S., and the West), how will America
handle this situation? Turkey, which has been trying to become a full
member of the European Union, will undoubtedly be unceremoniously
rejected from the Union. Turkey will then be isolated from the West,
and will have no choice but to realign itself with other powers -
China, perhaps? - Getting messy now aren't we?

But before this happens, I would expect that Israel, and the U.S. will
expand the war into Syria and Iran. This will ignite the Shi'ites of
Iraq against the coalition forces in a huge way. Also, the Iraqi
government which is dominated by the Shi'ites are aligning already with
Iran. ie. the Iraqi Prime Minister just met the "evil" Amadinejad of
Iran, and were all smiles. When Iraq is carved up, most of Iraq will
be confederated with a vastly more powerful Iran - A nascent superpower
with vast Oil reserves.

Israel is realizing now that it's position in the mideast is becoming
really precarious. Since a resurgent and growing regional superpower
is emerging in the state of Iran - Israel knows it's days of unchecked
aggression is nearing it's end.

So thanks to the NeoCons, Israel has only two options - make peace by
ending the Occupation of Palestine, the Golan Heights, and Jerusalem -
OR - to make moves to have the war to end all wars (the final mideast
war), against the entire Arab world, with most of the world on the side
of the Arabs.
Israel, already a pseudo-fascist state, will become openly so -
probably due to a military coup, which is increasingly likely.
Considering the Insanity of the Bush, and Israeli regimes, the latter
is unfortunately most likely.

Imagine if Gore were president. Hmmmm..

One of many possible scenarios which could ignite the next Middle East
catastrophic war:

A major series of suicide bombings in Occupied Palestine (30 or more
fatalities) could push the jew
over the edge & it might lash out at Syria & Iran.

But there are many possible alternate hyperthetical scenarios which
could tip things over the edge in that neck of the woods.

The entire Middle East rests of a knife-edge at the moment -- it's not
a matter of "if" but "when" the sh!t hits the fan & the Fat Lady croaks
!!!!
