Did anyone actually witness the rupture of the levees? Would there be
any evidence of bombs? It was daytime when the storm failed to strike
New Orleans directly. All the newscasters were stating how it could
have been much worse. The storm weakened before landfall, and the
weakest part, the western part, brushed New Orleans. Has the federal
response been intentionally slow?

Yes. If you kept up on current events you would know that a hurricane
recently blew through the area.

Yes. If you kept up on current events you would know that a hurricane
recently blew through the area.
Not just any hurricane, either, but a strong Cat 4.
