I'm one of those types who have music playing in their heads
continually while idle, working, etc. You can usually spot us
types humming, whistling or singing to ourselves, all the bloody
time. Being raised on Beatles and Supertramp et al, I just write
the lyrics going on in my head as they would pertain to whatever
I'm dealing with at any given moment. It's up to the reader to
figure out exactly 'what' my own mindset is, if they should give
an actual *****. I write for myself primarily, and if nobody else
gets it, then *whatever*.
That's the beauty of the newsgroups, you can say whatever the
hell you want, and depending on your sense of pride, conscience,
intellectual stimulation, or whatever motivation, feel compelled
to respond to those who would actually read what you wrote in the
first place. As I said before, the opposite of love is not hate,
it's indifference and apathy. If they didn't *care* about your
opinions, they would never have responded to them in the first
place; you'd simply be ignored.
So be happy that your own posts are being slammed, Daark, cuz
deep down inside, they care what you think. You present a
'danger' to their 'world', that they *think* they understand, and
can control with their own pissant retarded 'replies'. Note how
they never, ever post original material on their own. Their sole
'raison d'etre', or reason for being here in this newsgroup is to
slam others for what *they* believe. Take Grantland, Susan B.,
and Dani for instance. They support each other solidly and
blindly without having any other belief or cause other than to be
the quintessential 'trolls' we have all come to despise and hold
beneath our contempt. They wantonly and gratuitously slander
others not sharing their own non-beliefs and non-opinions in
hideous and monstrous ways, a viciousness and hatred reflecting
their own dark souls.
So, while they squirm in their office chairs staring evilly at
the monitor, and tap tap tap out their mantras and soundbites of
hate directed at their enemies, I keep the songs I have come to
appreciate in my life running thru my head, and sometimes find
cause to write them down at the appropriate moment. And if
certain people take the lyrics the wrong way, ***** 'em. By
responding the way they do, they reveal themselves for the people
they *actually* are, for everyone else to see, and not just for
those they're accustomed to sniffing their butts, and vice-versa,
on the regular dog-walk through apn.
Say to yourself: I couldn't give a rat's hairy ***** what anybody
else thinks about what *I* think, or feel about anything. I will
say whatever the hell I want to say, wherever the hell I want to,
and whenever the hell I want to. And when they slam you, slam 'em
back as you've been doing, but do it twice as eloquently and
powerfully; that really pisses them off to no end. Be inventive
and imaginative, don't ever post a reply while angry. Wait until
you can actually smile about the whole situation, how stupid it
is in the 'Grand Scheme of Things', and respond accordingly.
Hopefully, one day, I can actually adopt such sage advice to my
own heart, and follow it; but ***** it, I'm too drunk almost all
the time to remember it. Think about what 'pride' can do, good
and bad. It's a lot like cholesterol, there's two types. Regards,
and keep giving them ***** Daark. They're only responding to you
because they care about your opinions. So do I, but I'm a good
cholesterol.
Which reminds of a song currently running in me head...

Well put Dan, but there are a few others you can add to the list Like
Jean Guernon and Grantland and Krib. They are just as bad as the above
mentioned. I created new nicknames for a few, seems to set them off
even more, Hahahahaha. I am a pretty open minded guy, but am hard to
figure out...like to keep em guessing.Known to disturb the ***** once
in a while, mainly to get a rise out of some of these Kooks. Once you
get tired of their little games, just killfile them for awhile. They
are so esay to rattle. I think you can figure out what is fact and
what is fiction.
PEACE
