It all makes sense now. When the Lebanese Army moves into south
Lebanon, Hezbollah will survive by integrating into the Lebanese Army,
disguising itself as something that is part of that force.
Israel will simply state the obvious, saying that Hezbollah practically
just changed uniforms once the Lebanese Army came down so they can look
like them.
Lebanon's National Army is pathetically weak, and any chance to have
Hezbollah integrate into it and strengthen it will be an offer they
can't refuse.
After saying the Hezbollah is still in south Lebanon, merely wearing
Lebanese Army uniforms, Israel will pressure Lebanon's primary
diplomatic voucher in the conflict, France (the "Normans") to press for
the "international peacekeeepig" forces to verify and weed out any
Hezbollah units that have clandestinely integrated into the Lebanese
Army.
Out of fustration, Israel will take matters into its own hands, leading
to renewed conflict.

45 degrees lattitude is quite a way from Lebanon.
And it says when they will want to test the Normans.

None of that area is at 45 degrees.

Syria is roughly 45 degree or NE of Israel. Israel's insistence that
Hezbollah is still in S Lebanon, only integrated in the Lebanese "army"
& wearing their uniforms, will lead to a Israel-Syrian conflict over
Lebanon.
