Is Bush really the most powerful man in the world? Or is there a secret
group of people that run it behind the scenes? I read that Bush only has a
level 5 security pass for the military which means that if there were an
alien craft hidden somewhere he wouldn't be able to see it and so there must
be a whole wide range of stuff Bush has no access to. This must also apply
to Blair and Putin etc... So who really does have all the power? Maybe
it's these people who give all the false information such as the Iraq WMD
bogus info and give it to the Presidents and Prime Ministers around the
world to act on and do the dirty work and get the blame for their own
agendas.

A very interesting theory. I have something to add to it too. I think
their plans would be to stop any nation from trying to take over the
world.
I also think it's very strange that theres never been news about an
individual trying to take over the world. I wonder if they watch people
and remove those who have the potential for it.
