misstatements. He said we cut Pell Grants. We've increased Pell Grants
by a million students. That's a fact.

Also, Kerry blasts Bush's admin. of not letting companies sell
duel-use tech that China was in the '90s proliferating to Axis of evil
states for their nuclear WMD programs. Nice eh?
We all know why Bush is not letting UC companies do this - this is
because China turns around and sells this high-tech to enemy
combatants as outlined in all the nuclear organizations in the world.

No, I wrote back to you a few weeks ago - then again the other day.
But I didn't get a reply. My hotmail sucks; it might be over it's
storage limit.. or my emails could be going to my junk mail instead
of my inbox. I'll delete a bunch of my older emails now after I send
