Is there some reason why you have to have a Judge or Judges with a
bias,.............?
1. the Qualifications Commission that lets these Judges make Violations
of Judicial Conduct without being impeached or disbarred is to be
blamed~they have violated their Oath and the intention that they were
meant for~they should be disbarred and their rulings Appealed when
Unconstitutional or in Non-Compliance with Law. They will tell you their
rulings can not be Appealed~but then say "here ,you have democracy"
~rather you have the road to Dictatorship~which is what is going on now.
2.
~a Judge must be "fair and impartial"~Canon 3, or he is not Qualified to
be a Judge..
~
3.There is Nothing in the Constitution of the U.S. that grants immunity
for Unconstitutional Law.
