I guess if American's were willing to work for less then these damn
illegal aliens then no one would hire them in the first place. Mexico
would get a taste of what the US is getting now ... floods of Americans
sneaking across the border for higher paying jobs in Mexico.
US employers need to roll back wages and benefits so that the US economy
can compete again on a global scale. The auto industry is a prime
example of how these Commie-inspired unions can destroy a complete
industry ... high wages, health benefits for life, etc etc. No wonder it
costs so damn much for a car or SUV!!!

Aaaah! I thought maybe you read my recent post about working there! Yes,
the union is pro-NDP, but I find that the average hourly worker there is of
a more conservative mindset! The Oshawa riding has changed since the days
when Ed Broadbent couldn't lose and often goes PC. My riding is PC both
Federally and Provincially and there are many autoworkers who voted PC.
Maybe the good income/ benefits has something to do with it; we are solidly
middle-class.

I guess if American's were willing to work for less then these damn
illegal aliens then no one would hire them in the first place. Mexico
would get a taste of what the US is getting now ... floods of Americans
sneaking across the border for higher paying jobs in Mexico.
Businesses and individuals are often taking advantage of illegal immigrants by
paying them wages that are below the minimum wage, which is illegal.
US employers need to roll back wages and benefits so that the US economy
can compete again on a global scale. The auto industry is a prime
example of how these Commie-inspired unions can destroy a complete
industry ... high wages, health benefits for life, etc etc. No wonder it
costs so damn much for a car or SUV!!!
Forget the car, have you taken a look at the cost of housing? It's ridiculous
to have a couple with one child build a house with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and
a 3-car garage, on a lot that they poison regularly.
