Liar. The orbit of 4179 Toutatis is one of the better known NEO orbits.
There has been considerable high accuracy astrometry done on the object in
the past and it will not come this close (roughly 4 times the distance to
the moon)
until the 26th Century, so we can safely let Picard and the Enterprise worry
about it.
