It still is all they know, considering it was back in 2001, one could
assume, the Iranians having a fairly good weapons program would be
replicating those toys fom Ukraine, China also.
What else have they got and of course who else?

Apparently not. But when they get their nukes they have a delivery
system capable of reaching Israel. The missiles were apparently a bit
rough around the edges, but they have plenty of time to spruce them up
to operational status. All they need then is the warheads and the
targets.

The missile is pretty much a Russian equivalent of the Tomahawk and
apparently fairly capable.
China also.
See same article. China are dooubtless reverse engineering it as they do
with just about any foreign military hardware they get their hands on.
They have nuclear delivery systems already, I suspect they want them for
the Terrain Following nav gear for deep strike/anti ship use and that
they will produce a local version of it - unlicensed no doubt..
What else have they got and of course who else?
Good question.
But then if they have the AS-15 "Kent" (AKA as the X-55 Granat) and some
nuclear warheads they have what they need to take out Israel and
threaten CBGs.
They have 12. Assume a few get cannibalised/expended in
testing/training. They would probably be able to field 8 or so.
With conventional warheads this is something an Aegis system could
probably deal with in this quantity, so I'd say they are more likely to
be prepping them for use as a nuclear delivery system.
