In the year of our Lord (year) 1999
This is a strait forward year date (timestamp). Nostradamus rarely
placed a time stamp on his quatrains. He did this to particular
quatrains to show the world events that had changed History. (Time
focus of quatrain)
sept Sept OF: Month; Unbelievable date-time-stamp for two months, In
French Sept means seven[th]. Sept was first formed by Old Roman Latin
meaning the month of September. Actually the word itself still means
September as the original Roman seventh Month. They began there New
Year before the Roman Caesar area in March of every year. This
coincided with barrowing from the Egyptians and Babylonians Calendars
that celebrated Spring as a new beginning in March – Therefore
– the New Year. Some interpreters assume Sept. is an English
abbreviation for September, yet, there is no need to as Sept is the
original meaning of September. However, many like to think Nostradamus
was Not using his civil calendar in France that was still attuned to
March 11 ( Our current date) as the new year. This makes September 11,
1999 the exact day of the prophecy. instead they believe the current
calendar date of July 1999 is the correct seventh Month. This is fine
because the focus is on the year 1999. This said, this rules out
interpretations that president G.W. Bush is the ‘grand
deffraieur.” Interpreters must stay within Nostradamus’s
guidelines of the year 1999. This means that only grand leaders, at
the time, are relevant to the prophecy. G.W. Bush was just a governor
of Texas at the time, so he has to be ruled out. My main focus is the
meeting between Jiang Zemin ( China’s president) and Bill
Clinton ( Americas president) and 20 other eastern hemisphere leaders
at a Summit in Auckland New Zealand September 10-14, 1999. However, I
use the July date for various other newsworthy items that one can real
and find just as relevant.
Sept 2) OF: Seven[th]; Old Roman Latin Septembre; September. This word
is linked directly to mois, meaning month. Many assumed that July 1999
was the seventh month. This was not the case for Nosrtradamus’
French civil calendar. ( See Calendar Section in 1999 FAQ ). The
seventh month is the time stamp indicating when the grand leaders
would appear to the world. To make an exact indication, Nostradamus
actually dates this quatrain. Something he rarely did. This, he did,
was for us. He did this so we could be sure on the exact appointed
time of the prophecy. This, Nostradamus did, was to clear up the mass
confusion he knew would be encompassing this time period. This date
happened to be September 11, 1999.Nostradamus did this in order for to
be clear who these two grand leaders would be. This helped out allot
as this date proved reliable in that no other great world leader
happening emerge during this period (September 1999).
However, I still used July 1999 in my interpretations. One thing I
found out is that every July for the last few decades the United
States of America votes on key issues of allowing China access into
American markets. This can be viewed as a resurrection of sorts.
However, it may be just a novelty to the actually (September) worded
date of the quatrain. Furthermore, July 1999, Capital Hill had the
whole month discussing the resurrection of China in four major bills.
This just emphasized the relevance to the quatrain.
Sept 3) Possible abbreviation of September. No Sept means seven and so
does the word September. No need to assume it is right there in the
etymology. For clarification, Nostradamus local calendar in Salon , at
the time, was geared toward the old Calendar, meaning that the Seventh
month to him was our current September 11th. Salon France Circa. 1554.
This is a clear timestamp. The world leaders meeting at Auckland, near
Australia on the 10 th - 14 th of the Month of September in 1999. The
date of the Prophecy. The key players are identified as (Note: present
tense usage as I composed this section in 1999) President William
Jefferson Clinton and President Jiang of China, as the two leaders are
mentioned, in the quatrain.

From High position: ( translation of Ciel as to Greek roots indicating
Uranus-Heaven the father of Saturn who then gave birth to Zeus. ciel
represents United States of America, all-though the modern French word
meaning 'sky' or 'heaven' having ancient roots, top indicating the
high position of United States of America and the of our 'grand
deffraieur leader’ came from. Some will use divine but one
arrives at the same place.

Will come ; 'un grand Roy deffraieur' a leader who defrayed- betrayed,
and buy-off, sell-out and appeases another country:
A playful Nostradamus could have implied that ‘will come’
was a reference to the denial of Bill Clinton’s admitting g he
had sex with the intern Monica Lewinsky. Although, the topic of his
fluids was not a big issue until the claimer of Linda Trip pointing
out that Lewinsky had kept s dress with Bill Clinton’s
‘come’ stain on it that was the key to his admitting his
guilt.
A more thoughtful interpretation was President Bill Clinton was in
doubt to show up to the Asian Pacific Summit, due to all the
happenings, in wake of the accidentally bombing the Chinese embassy in
the Kosovo war of 1999 that killed 27 people and injured four others.
However, the real interpretation lays in the first word ciel as it
pertains to where this leader came from: The most prosperous nation.
This is a further indication that Nostradamus was talking about the
president of the United States of America.
This leader is directly responsible to resurrect the “le grand
Roy Angolmois ( Men from the east). Using the person that matched the
prophecy, we get: William Jefferson Blithe IV ( Clinton ) Resusciter
le grand Roy d' Angolmois. This is so far as you are reading this
translation. Further in this translation the leader of the Angolmois
will be filled in.

In the pronoun usage of 'le' Nostradamus states that this could be
more than one leader. Although this is a possibility and did happen
according to the evidence that 'un grand Roy' met with 20+ leaders
from the ' eastern hemisphere,' Nostradamus is pointing to Jiang Zemin
as the main man. Still this pronoun can be used as a 'group' of world
leaders - which was the case on the exact day of the seventh month.
In context here Bill Clinton is described and Jiang Zemin is described
as the two Roy's. In addition, the two major players had the name of
Roy respectively. This included Stapleton Roy Ambassador to China,
involved in the appeasement and Wang (Roy) Jung, the premiere nuclear
weapons proliferator for Chinese PLA weapons department. He met with
Clintons at the White House and was reported in most of the national
newspapers, including the Associated Press.
Ciel (High Position); Summit: Modern French, Heaven and Sky. This word
is linked to modern term in French Sky and Heaven. However, in this
prophecy a literal translation of a leader coming from the sky is
implausible. I use a duel use of the word to mean “summit and
prosperous nation ( Shown Below). I also, use the term sky in the
clause that, directly relate to what was defrayed to resurrect the
Angolmois leader that is possibly linked with the word of Mars/War.
The evidence points to nuclear weapons, in the form of ICBMs and
satellite guidance systems (GPS) that Clinton (the resurrection Leader
defrayed to the Angolmois leader). This would be
high-weapons-technology that is “ from the sky.” This
means I take into account that a leader does not come from the sky,
but the determiner word defray points to what was the means of
resurrection the ‘le grand Roy Angolmois.’. However, if I
use Summit as a simile term to ciel, because Summit means something
that is high, like a the term heaven originally meant, then the world
leaders who met in Auckland New Zealand on the exact day of the
prophecy would be correct. They met at the Asian Pacific Summit. That
was the official title of the meeting between 20 Asian key leaders and
the president of the United States. The meetings resurrection of the
eastern leaders was the theme.
If we look to the roots of the word Ciel in Latin, where Nostradamus
language in France had just changed over ( The entire country learned
Latin as the official language) we get the real term of the word. This
further identifies Clinton as the first Roy..
Caelum- Latin used in the Bible: Philippians 4,3,6; cf.id. Att.
14,18,1; 6,2,9:
The summit of Prosperity, happiness, honor.
In the year 1999 the U.S.A.was the only country to be truly
prosperous. Since Heaven is closely linked to ‘Paradise’
– as pertaining to ‘what is prosperous’ this
indicates that United States of America, where William Jefferson
Blythe IV. (Clinton) ruled, was running the biggest booming economy
ever seen (except, 1950s, after the spoils of WWII). As well, this
showed that he is the leader of the most powerful nation on earth.
These further details, in the prophecy, place where this person
resided, where this person operated, and where this person achieved.
U.S.A. was viewed at this time a nearly heaven on earth. This is, of
course, in viewing comparing the economies to all the other countries
in the time period of the ‘90s..
Other words, this word Ciel connected to Latin roots is not exactly
the form of Heaven and Sky as its equivalent caelum; this word has a
derivative to the word hood. Hood meant the covering of the Top. So
did the word heaven. It was the canopy of everything that was known to
be beyond the sky where the Sun, Moon and Stars resided. Heavens
ancient term was this hood that encompassed to sky.

How it fits
I use “ciel” as a synonym for "Summit" and it fits
perfect. This means that the leader will come from a Summit in the 7th
month defraying. I proved the defraying part over and over. It is now
part of World History. Ciels ancient meaning was “Prosperous
nation/place:” A type of heaven, per say, used in the Bible.
hood 3 \'hud -u- \ n-s [ short for hoodlam ] slang HOODLUM: as a: a
gangster or racketeer b: a gunman or strong-arm man.
Some people allege that Bill Clinton may be from the Arkansas Cabal
criminal organization when living and working there and is still
connected.
It is fact that -hood who's connected origins of Ciel has its own
meaning as 'covering up' as what happened in Chinagate and the
Impeachment Trials.

Deffraieur Modern French: \De*fray"er\, n. One who pays off expenses.
This word is directly related to economic policies of the ‘grans
Roy deffraieur.’ However, we are concerned with the Old French
version. This has a different meaning, yet is still close to what it
implies today. This noun, Nostradamus used, is directly linked with
the shorter noun version of Defray: To undertake the payment of (costs
or expenses); pay. My interpretation sticks particularly close to the
exact usage of the noun.
In my interpretation I use is the Francis Bacon’s version: "To
alienate sacred office of Church."He defined the term as such. The
reason why he defined it this way is how the Church was being
bought-off by special inters groups and not sticking to its virtues.
This is seen today in the argument of the ‘special interest
groups’ that give money to politicians in order for them to pass
bills there way- regardless of the dire ramifications of justice and
the peoples wishes. How is this word related to today? However, both
world leaders, in the prophecy, have little to do with churches, the
definition implies the key words ‘alienate sacred office.’
This implies that a breach of trust to the office ensured (Our
precautions ensured our safety). The term still applies then to their
respected offices in today’s world leaderships. The offices
implies honor to ones country. As it relates to the first Roy, and not
the second, this means that only the first Roy is defined by ‘
deffraieur.’ Translated: To alienate the sacred office of
President of USA by providing the goods ( defraying - nuclear duel-use
technology that is used in [WMD] weapons) to Asian countries and, in
particular, appeasing China; allowing the PLA People Liberation Army (
Chinese Governmental Army) to influence American politics. The money
part was documented by Joseph Lieberman and Dan Burton. This amounted
to trillions of dollars in ‘special interest’ business for
the cash of $44,000,000 documented, pay-off, from Chinese, Indonesian,
and N. Korean leaders, to the DNC Democratic National Committee for
the coffers of Bill Clinton ( grand Roy deffraieur). This is indeed
what is called a typical sell-out, as defined by Francis Bacon
definition.
Furthermore, the particulars are in the definition of the word itself.
The general statement of pay-off, providing the goods, is indicative
to modern day campaign issues and contributions. The word
<>Deffraieuer has everything to do with money as the roots in the
words are pieced together ( see below).
Francis Bacon version is the key usage of the idea of a sell-out, This
was the case with Bill Clinton selling (Defrayment) of duel-use
technology to, N. Korea and China that has now being developed to make
mass quantities of WMD. Sell-out is an appropriate term. Nostradamus
was spot on with the usage of such a term.
The term appeasement that has been used in Associated Press article
throughout Clinton term and during the 1999 period was almost daily
used is another form of the word. Appeasement stayed close to Francis
Bacon version, in that it remains an issue of selling-out ones
principles. Stapleton Roy, the Chinese citizen turned American
citizen, and former Chinese ambassador, spoke endlessly about how the
Clinton administration needed to appease the Chinese leaders in order
for peaceful relations to be continued between the two nations.

context, were refereeing to principals of national safety , world
safety, and general safety.

In Modern times, their is no such word as "deffraieur" in
dictionaries.
Old French translations are non existent before Nostradamus time. The
word: defrayal, defray, defrayment is not there.
We see that the words old definition was a "Sell Out" that eventual
changed to mean; to defray something in an appeasement sort of way.
This definition is found, albeit, in a round about way during
Nostradamus time. Appeasement was a nicer ;political correct
term’ used , even in Nostradamus day, to not offend people. The
word simply at its roots means ‘Sell Out.” Especially: of
the principles of the office holder. This is done, usually, in cash
payments.
5) So here are the old to modern definitions:

Now we already discussed in page one of this site that 'raie' root is
'fish' from the shark species, fish is ancient symbol of currency,
money green. 'de' is a 'negative' as you would compare 'compose' to
de-composed and so on. so the roots of defrayal to pay-bear the costs
or charges is in the original root of deffraieur. this adjective is
used to describe the first King. (Clinton has been doing this since he
first took office).

In context of the prophecy the word deffraieur is translated: To
alienate the sacred office of President of USA by providing the goods
and accepting the money for appeasing a enemy country. In this case it
was to resurrect China militarily with high technology that was used
to build weapons of mass destruction.
The orginal 1568 version of the ‘Propheties’ is the ony
version of the word deffraieur. Every other version separated the
letter ‘d’ from the word making the word to mean terror or
fright. In this case I define the following later editions. deffraieur
Deffraieur is not King of Terror in the 1568 version. It was however
in the later versions - it was spelled different.
Many later editions of the Prophecies were printed after Nostradamus
had past on. Using a apostrophe after the d' to make a word resemble,
but not accurate, interpretationj to the words terror or fright.

Some researcher thinks that a simile word in an old French dictionary
definition could be linked to the word. The common word today is
purveyor: One that promulgates something: a purveyor of lies.

spelling 'deffraieur' - exactly the same as in the original version of
verse X.72 of only 30 years later – translation from a
researcher] One will not the deffraieur is not defined as is only part
of the 'Parochus’ definition, making the word itself not mean
purveyor. However, pimp, can be related to Francis Bacon version of
the idea.
"Defrayeur: m. A Cater, or Steward; one that in a journey furnishes,
and defrays the provision, and expense of the whole company."

In this version again the word defray is in the definition. Yet it is
not the key term being defined. The researcher merely tries to say
that since the word defray is in the definition area itself, then it
must be the definition of the word being defined. This is ludicrous.
In the explaining section, instead of the term is its explaining, he
sees it as the definition of the Old French version of the word
Deffraieur. This is not the true meaning of the term. In fact, my
investigation found out that deffraieur was used with different
spelling throughout the French boarders in the 1600s. This means the
word was not clearly defined until the very late 1600s. This was after
Nostradamus passed on. Using Francis Bacon version is the only real
version Nostradamus used. His means he was describing the “grand
Roy” as a Sell Out.
Middle French is where the word first became defined.

In the properties the word ‘Terror or fright is used in
quatrains: 175, 194, 230, 294 301, 388, 522 523, 565, 621, 681, 880,
950? or as an alternate meaning?
It's effraieur, frayeur, effrayeur, terreur, fraieur, frayeur,
effrayeur, effraieur, effrayeur, effraieur, effraieur, frayeur and
frayeur respectively.
By contrast, the word in X.72 is 'deffraieur', which is no closer to
any of the above than 'fright ' is to 'right' or 'terror' is to
'error'.

Another dictionary this one of Etemology has OF (desfrayer) Rev.
Walter W. Skeat. But this seems closer to middle French when they
began to use y in its spelling.
One can see that the word is liked directly to money. This is a big
part of the prophecy as the world looked toward America in ‘90s
as a booming economy. The rest of the prophecy linked with the key
word resuscitate/resurrection directly shows how curt this word
Nostradamus used in his placement, further identifying the first world
leader. The defining the US economy was so relevant to the ‘90s
and the dated timestamp indicated that American president was the
first Roy ( This includes all the other evidence pointed to in the

Lit: {PA} Angolmois is an exact Nostradamus anagram for modern day
spelling of ''Mongolians. The word Mogol itself is a ancient term
universally means “ men from the east.” Also, it is used
as a root race term in anthropology. The word describing the entire
region of Genghis Khan Empire when he was in power. That Mongolian
Empire stretched from Hungary to Korea. It included most of Asia,
Russia, China and extensive parts of eastern Europe. It was the second
largest land Empire in human history. Nostradamus simply implies that
a resuscitation of the warlords of the east ( The entire eastern
hemisphere people) will make a attempt to rule earth in the coming
next 100 years.
le grand Roy OF: Simple means ‘ the great leader’: This
implies Jiang Zemin whose is now placed in the Chinese pantheon
alongside Deng and Mao. He is with these two honored Chinese who are
written into the Chinese Constitution - The greatest Chinese honor of
all. He was inducted by them in the year 2003 because of his triumphal
accusation of nuclear weapons technology from the ‘grand Roy
deffraieur.’ The word grand applied to him.
The debated version of 'le grand Roy d'Angolmois' comes from the point
of view that Nostradamus could not spell out a place name where his
king’s father was raised. In fact, Nostradamus never made
spelling mistakes in his books. Nor did he misspell place names. The
reason for the assumption is that some debunkers in the Nostradamus
field assume that Angolmois is related to King François I of France.
Correct that François I was duke of Angoulême. However, Nostradamus
knew how to spell this name and he chose not to. He knew of the far
east by only one name: Mongolia ( d’ Angolmois i.e. Mongoloids).
Furthermore the word Angoumois, now the spelling of Angoulême was well
changed after Nostradamus passed on. Still, Nostradmus if viewing
Angoulême would have spelled it correctly as he does other place names
in the Propheties.
In addition, the Horoscopy match for X. 72. is exactly the same for
the 1205-greg calendar match. This Match is in China/Mongolia of the
time of the resurrection of the ‘The King of the Mongols.’
In fact, this was Genghis Khans Proclamation to the world of the
resurrection of the eastern peoples to rule the world. Evidently this
was the same circumstance at the time in Auckland New Zealand
September 1999, when 20 Asian Leaders descended into a Hotel to
celebrate Bill Clinton’s approval to defray what was necessary
for their resurrection. This included nuclear weapons technologies and
the prized entry into the World trade Organization council; a limited
membership group who wields tremendous power across the world in
matters of trade barriers.
If Nostradmus meant Angoulême, for this particular prophecy, he would
have made sure the Horoscopy matched François I duke of Angoulême
history. However, he did not. We can see that no Saturn was used in
the horoscopy process. Therefore no match.

One will note that this Horoscopy does not do what Nostradamus
demanded: A complete match of each sign by Saturn, Jupiter and Mars.
All three must match in order for the Horoscopy to be true. Nostradmus
explicitly says this in his statement that he used the
“trigon” (Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn) to calculate his
astronomical projections. However my horoscopy follows
Nostradamus’s.
Apianus made little cardboard disks ( Nostradamus day). This allowed
Saturn, Jupiter and Mars to be calculated centuries in advance. In
addition, Nostradaumus is assumed he had one of these. This is not
disputed. For the debunkers Horoscopy, he does not fit Saturn in this
Horoscopy. Moreover, Venus, Mercury and could not have been calculated
via Apianus' little disks. Apparently the debunker was trying to force
match that was not there. They do not match. This means that it has no
relevancy to the prophecy. It is also known that the (inner planets)
Mercury and Venus were too difficult to project far into the future as
their orbits were not precisely calculated during Nostradamus’
time.
For a true match, I followed what Nostradamus said. Look for the
trigon match. This trigon has match a few times in out history. The
relevant one was the most recent of the two matches. Here they are
laid out for us.

X. 72. Horoscopy Charts in Graphics
Mars is ahead of Jupiter in both cases. Furthermore, Mercury is out in
front of the Sun and Venus is trailing it in both charts. This implies
a match. This also follows the theme o the prophecy itself. One will
note that Nostradamus possibly used a similar chart in the 600s AD for
the Huns invasions, into Europe, as a similar theme of the
resurrection and conquering of eastern people (Mongoloids) in a
western civilization. This is surely the match here, as Genghis Khans
Proclamation decree, called in this year, for the conquering of the
western civilizations, in which happened for the eastern people over
the next 100-200 years. For the match, this same theme was the talk
about in the Auckland Summit meetings. The resurrection of the
Chinese, and other eastern leaders, was the main issue. The entries
into a global player market, through the WTO confirmation, made by
Bill Clinton’s push for the policy. Of course, Clinton did this
as a pay-back for all the help the Chinese were giving him in his
campaigns.
Avant OF: before; just before, or previous to; this correlates to the
double connotation of time stamp word and war indicator Mars, in line
four. This word clarifies March-War, which is right after the these
two words (description of war as Mars and Mrach as the month).
Nostradamus expertise in compressing meanings into tightly compacted
words shows his style of brilliance in the Renaissance area, in which
he was one of the leaders, in forming the new language. Only a few
decades before Nostradmus began writing his prophecies, French
Language was established as the official language, he helped out in
the forming of the official language ( See Nostradamus general fact).
For the interpretation of this word, the war it relates to is Dessert
Fox, the U.S. bombing of Iraq over the suspected weapons of mass
destruction that Bill Clinton ordered in late ’98 into January
1999. This included sending cruise missiles into aspirin factory and
al’ Qaeda’s terrorist training compounds in Afghanistan.
For novelty “operation Dessert Fox “ was a term that
Hitler used with his commander Romel in WWII in the deserts of N.
Africa. The pentagon who were at odds with president Clinton during
his whole term as president of the United States, called the war with
Iraq “ Operation Free Willie.” This is a key reference
that the war was used “for good luck “purposes for the
former president.
So, this is the meaning of the word as it applies to the historical
records of bombing of an aspirin factory, bombing of a terrorist camps
and bombing of Iraq, which was indeed a war back in November and
December of ’98- Jan’99 that happened before March 1999.
The 'Operation dessert fox,' is said, in pentagons own words,
(avant)(Apres) part of the phrase, to be silently called " Monica War:
" :" an indicator of a war that is for the fortune of the reign of the
king. At this time, Chinagate, was suppressed, was overlooked, and was
dropped, as an Impeachment trail was deflected to the real republican
motive to show the world that the “First Roy” was
“deffraieuer” nuclear weapons technology to potential
enemies of the United States of America. During the impeachment trial,
the republicans saw the right time to bring up this X. 72 issue. These
two wars before and after were “ wag the dog scenarios”
that caused ‘par bon heur ‘ ( War befor and after march
[1999]reigns for good luck of the king - Avant apres Mars regner par
bon heur). There is no denying the influence of the timing to these
wars. Also, the pentagon saw the Kosovo war as another 'Wag the Dog'
scenario: To divert attention away from Presidents problems at home
with the Impeachment trail and Chinagate (secret nuclear weapons
technologies transfers to China for Chinese campaign contributions
money ( Democratic National Committee re-election funds. back in 1996
and general operating funds) and the economy to win approval from the
masses.
MarsOL: March; God of War. This Latin word from Romans term borrowed
from the Greek Aries; March is Mars who is honor with his own month.
This is also another hint at Nostradamus French calendar. The New Year
began in the Month of March and this is what the dating system time he
wanted us to follow (See FAQ: Nostradamus 1999 Prophecy ). This word
is right after the (Old French words: Avant apres) “Before and
after."
Regner OF: reign; the reign [as to the king/leaders] as pointing to
the circumstances of the first king and eventual predicted outcome,
another double connotation as to line four ( See above).
Par bon huer Old French means: "by good luck"; fortune; Middle French:
"By good hour". The clause is refereeing to the other half of the
couplet ( line two) as most commonly used in quatrain composition,
where the word reign is refereeing to grand Roy deffraieuer,” is
telling the leader explicitly that the “fortune” is the
result of his actions in the first clause of the fourth line (Avant
apres Mars). This is implying the result of starting wars for
intentions of covering up his crimes. We commonly today refer to this
method as the bywords "Wag the Dog." This "Wag the Dog" scenario took
place in March 1999 and Dec 1998-January 1999. This fulfilled the part
of (Avant après). The date however, is little unclear in that some
chose the July 1999 as the Avant après fulfillment that is clearly
pliable in the two wars were fought. For instance, Russia vs Chechnya,
re-starting on October 1, 1999.
However, I tend to use the single leaders decision to start two wars
instead of breaking it up with two different nations. I view this, in
the context, with the two rhyming couplets. This means that the leader
in line two had some decision-making in the two wars.
In addition, the double connotation of the word March is also, a
reference to the time. This means that March would imply to the
determiner Avant après. Continuing, this means that one war had to
start before March, and one war had to start after arch. Both these
wars had to coincide closely to the time period of the year 1999. This
did happen.
