Q. How important is the Nostradamus 1999 prophecy?
A. If the survival of man means anything to you, this sums it up.
Q. What is it all about ?
A. It was not put there to scare us, but to inform us.
William Jefferson Blythe IV (Clinton ) Proliferated nuclear weapon
technology to many nations in the eastern hemisphere during his
two-terms as president of the United States. This is directly linked
to the word 'deffraieuer' that is defined by means of campaign
contributions used in transferring what is needed from one group to
another. Americans know the term as "special interest groups." These
groups use money and influence to get what they want from officials.
In this case it was many Asians from different parts of the eastern
hemisphere who contributed multi-millions in campaign contributions
directly to the DNC. Over $44,000,000 has been documented and that is
because only some people were caught. What the easterners were
purchasing was access into our nations most sensitive areas. That of
the military sector. The Clinton administration not only gave these
groups grand tours of our most sensitive nuclear labs, they also
trained their armies with new technology. For example, Secretary of
Commerce Ron Brown a 1993 received a memo from Clinton calling for
meeting that would set up relationships with various easterners in a
plan to net Americans six million jobs. The official words were
called a 'trade mission' to China, which Hillary Clinton solicited
various campaign contributors for seats on the mission. This included
Motorola, Hughes, Loral, and Boeing. The plan was to beat out
competition of European businesses vying for a piece of China's vast
market share. Many nations competed for building the infrastructure
of China. The United States won the high-technology sector of the deal
because Bill Clinton's persistent appeasement to defray exactly what
the Chinese wanted. For example, China was defrayed, by the United
States, missile technology, super-computer, satellites, sensitive
microchips, encryption tools, super metals, software programs, weapons
grade plutonian. This is directly linked to, the 'effect' (line three)
behind the cause, the verse Nostradamus used in line two: "From the
sky will [...] defray." Most of the technology defrayed to China was
rocket technology. When Clinton stepped into office in 1993, China's
space and rocket programs was in such dismal shape that they confessed
that only 1 - out - 5 rocket ships actually left the platform. By the
time the U.S. Congress put a stop to this massive proliferation of
technology, ( March 1999 Congressional records) China could
successfully hit targets 3000 miles away with superb accuracy. Later
on in 2003, China will attempt to make its first astronaut flights to
space. They are planning to be the first ones to colonizer the moon.
So massive was this movement to take over the corner of the Chinese
market, in military high-technology sales; many people mysteriously
died after they became aware of what was the administration was
doing. So terrifying was this insidious plot that on July 1999:
"…Citing the testimony of Nolanda Hill, the business partner and
mistress of the late Commerce Secretary Ron Brown, testified that
"they [Clinton] were meeting with Chinese agents of espionage to plot
the destruction of this country." China literally came out from the
dark ages to become a predominate race during the Clinton's era
(reign).
Nostradamus does not piecemeal words in this prophecy. He makes them
clear as day. A single words packs so much power and meaning, all into
one, it amazes the reader who comprehends it. In order for Nostradamus
to identify the two leaders, to us, he placed a precise date on the
prophecy. The first day of the seventh month. We assume that the month
and day in the prophecy correlated to his civil calendar. That
conversion would be today's date of September 11, 1999. There would be
no doubt in anyone's minds who these two 'grand' leaders were. They
would meet at a "summit," on the date of the prophecy. A precise word
copiously placed in word two, (line two) implying the two world
leaders would be linked to this word. On this day, two grand leader
met face to face and called each other ' dear friends.' Jiang Zemin,
president of China and Bill Clinton, president of United States of
America. Both already had a long dear relationship benefiting over the
time span of each others reign. Jiang allowed Clinton the reelection
means, by providing the necessary campaign money, while Clinton gave
Jiang the high-technology for his and the PRC military aspirations.
China spent many trillions of dollars purchasing this technology from
America and had to make-up the hole in their economy by forcing
America to open up its product markets. The inclusion of WTO and the
many free trade agreements paved the way for China to recoup much of
its money. The details were mutually agreed upon in that face-t-face
meeting. In addition, China sold its older - now- outdated nuclear
weapons technology to nations that could contribute to patching up
this economic hole. China retrieved their investment from Clinton by
reselling the technology to N. Korea and India, Pakistan , Iraq and
Iran. The domino effect resulted because of this and these nations to
continue to proliferate technology through lax world security. Then,
this all got proliferated all over the world. Many blames Russia which
is immature due to the fact that bulk of technology defrayed happened
exactly between the time Clinton came into office and March 1999. In
reference to the proliferation of nuclear weapons technology, these
countries will use these acquired weapons of mass destruction to wage
war ( A key word in the prophecy) and wipe out large populations and
ecosystems across the earth nearly wiping out man! The new world of
terrorism is a threat to mankind and not just the western nations.
There are good and bad people on both sides of the hemispheres. In the
nest 50 years this world will go through a purging of theses bad
individuals. This will not happen on its own. It will take special
individuals to fight for the survival of the human race.
To be objective toward Clinton supporters and his way of
administrating domestic policies ( His expertise in this field), he
was only trying to bring the U.S. economy back from a recent
semi-depression. This was caused in part by George W. H. Bush's
moratorium on high-technology sales to 'supposed' unfriendly nations.
For example, Bush twice denied sending super-computers to China in a
national security concerns of the Pentagon oversight committees that
controlled the State Department. These super-computers help scientist
formulate high-speed calculations in many applications. For instance,
mimicking nuclear weapon detonations. American manufacture industries
have been surpassed by many countries. They also offer American
cheaper prices in most of the products comparable to American prices.
Free Trade laws passed by both Democrats and Republicans have
restricted further America's resolve to manufacture their own good. It
is simply not feasible with American standards of living. Most
countries that produce basic needed products that are shipped over to
America by free trade agreements are manufactured at much lower costs,
making it almost impossible to compete. Over the last fifteen years,
America had to compete in the global market with its superior
technology. Clinton understanding what makes an economy work, decided
that the basic laws of what you sell brings in money and what you buy
takes out money from your country. Realizing this, his only plan was
the high-technology sector that did impede national security issues.
Logically understanding he saw no way-out. In order to get out of the
mini-depression, he would have to lax restrictions that had, of
course, been the main issue for his detractors. In fact, the lesson
was driven home after meeting a relatively poor person on a Hollywood
bus, who told me in 1998, that she didn't care that we (U.S.) were
selling this dangerous technology to a state, and ( China) that one
day they could proliferate( It has) this material to other states that
would use them in war. She told me " look what it has done for our
economy." She was right, basically, everyone had work in my city, and
the economy was indeed booming.
The Nostradamus 1999 prophecy is probably his most dire cause and
effect prophecy of our generation. It was not put there to scare, but
to inform us. Now lets go into the details.

During President Clinton's watch, America's most vital nuclear secrets
-- guarded intensely for five decades -- have been allowed to spill
out all over the world.
The People's Republic of China is the No. 1 proliferator," said Rep.
Chris Cox, chairman of the Select Committee on Chinagate. "Now the
secrets are out there in the stream of commerce, and probably on to
Iran and North Korea and Libya." -The San Diego Union-Tribune
reporting: Column: by William Safire of the NEW YORK TIMES, April 30,
1999 : Title “Downloading America's secrets.”
Q. How did the world come to know this?
Judicial Watch a United States company that fights corruption
and injustice. Alone they uncovered the entire Chinagate scandal in
1995, starting with a Freedom of information Act request to the
Commerce Department. Chinagate is the most serious scandal in U.S.
history. It involves the transfer of America’s most sensitive
technology, including but not limited to nuclear missile and satellite
technology, apparently in exchange for millions of dollars in
contributions to the 1996 Clinton-Gore re-election effort and the
Democratic National Committee.
Many congressmen have alluded to a copy of 4.5 million records that
exist on this evidence. Joseph Lieberman hosts the evidence on his
website as he was co-chair of the committee to investigate the
campaign finance charges. The Government House committee hosts an
entire pictured catalogue of Clinton with important Chinese officials
at a personal dinner meeting.
Q. Why was Clinton never held on trial for this?
A. He is the Beast; many across the planet worship him, no harm will
to come to the Beast before it’s time.
Q. Has Clinton ever come out with a statement about this to the
public?
A. Yes! While he does not answer directly to the charges, as it would
convict him of treason to his birth country, he has stated over and
over, that his main purpose in life is to evenly distribute
America’s wealth and resources to the world.
Q. Is this such a bad thing?
A. No! But we are talking about nuclear weapons technology here. The
one thing that threatens the vary existence of mankind.
Q. Is there a direct relationship to this prophecy and Revelations in
the Bible?
A. Yes!
Q. Do you go over every inch of the prophecy, detailing the entire
circumstances facing us?
A. Yes!
Q. Do other interpreters disagree with you?
A. Yes! I lay out every facet and minute detail of the origin and
etymology of every single word of the prophecy, so there is no
confusion at your end. I have spent from 1997 researching all of the
27 words and there origins, and lay out my evidence here.
Q. What is the real date of the Prophecy?
There are two elements of our modern calendar that were not always the
same as they are
now. One is the starting day of the year; the other is the rule for
working out leap years.
Our modern practice of starting each New Year on 1st January has
indeed a long pedigree.
The Roman civil year started on 1st January and its use continued
until the seventh century AD. The
Christian Church generally wished to move towards using one of its
major festivals as the start of the
year, and Christmas Day was used from the time of Bede (AD 672 or
673-735) until the twelfth century.
The Feast of the Annunciation, 25th March, started to be used in the
ninth century in parts of
southern Europe, but only became widespread in Europe from the
eleventh century and in England from the late twelfth. It then held
sway until the sixteenth century. 1st January then started to be used
as the start of the year, starting in Venice in 1522. Dates when this

You will Notice that this Civilian Calendar was used during the
composing of “The Prophecies” (Today: referred to as the
Centuries).
Discussion of the Dates to the 1999 Prophecy are found in History in
which the country changed the New Year from March 25 to January 1st.
Counting March as month one. Here wee see France did not change their
till two year before Nostradamus left the Earth. In Etymology (Origin
of words) the term Nostradamus used was Sept. A Old Roman (Italian)
Latin word for the number seven, followed directly by the Old French
term for month. Septembre literally means in Old Italian,
“SEVEN.”
Q. Why isn’t September 25 than the real Seventh Month in the
Prophecy?
Now you get into politics meets astronomy in the late 16th Century.
“In 1582, Pope Gregory XIII decreed a modification to the Julian
calendar. For the civil calendar, the only substantive change was to
omit 3 leap days every 400 years (in years evenly divisible by 100 but
not 400, e.g., 1700, 1800, 1900, but not 2000). Considered as a
theoretical calendar (i.e., projecting it back before it was actually
invented), the Gregorian calendar matches up with the Julian in the
third century CE. Y for the Gregorian Calendar = 2667.9.
From a seasonal point of view, a the difference between the Gregorian
and the Julian calendar wasn’t yet really all that pressing a
matter, only 10 days in 1582, only 14 days in this century. The
logical question thus becomes, why did it matter?” (Karl T.
Hagen.).
25-14 = 11. March the first month equaled month ‘one.’ So
counting from March to September the months in order gives us
‘seven’ months.
So when I looked for th4e date of the Prophecy I equally looked to
what Nostradamus context would be fulfilled on this date. Two Major
things happened. First, Bill Clinton and Jiang Zemin were conducting a
Summit in Auckland New Zealand, in a face-to-face meeting. They fit
two “grand Leaders” mentioned in the prophecy. Second, THE
SOCIOLOGY AND PSYCHOLOGY OF TERRORISM: WHO BECOMES A TERRORIST AND
WHY? Report was given to the White House on this day, describing how
hijackers of Al Queda and other known terrorist groups may spot the
World Trade Center towers in New York again.
Q. The two Roy’s in the prophecy, are they names of people?
A. There are two main sub-characters who names are Roy. They are
Stapleton Roy, the American Chinese ambassador during the first
crucial term of Bill Clinton, and Wang Jun, an super international
Arms dealer who had coffee with the Clintons a few times at the White
House, as reported in the news, who’s last name means “
King,” the same meaning as the Old French word for Roy.
As the main characters, that are the “Roys” in the
prophecy, are William Jefferson (Blythe IV) Clinton 42 president of
the United States of America and Jiang Zemin the premier and head
leader of the civil side arm of Communist China government.
Q. Was the date of the Prophecy July or September?
A. I use both, so as to give a you a choice. But you will find under
my Calendar section that September fits better as month of the
prophecy.
Q. In etymology, the origins of words, what does September stand for?
A. Again, Its origins are Old Italian, from the Roman Republic times
(200 BC); Septembre, as it was spelled out, literally means seven. (7)
This is what the French word means as well, even today.
Q. Do people argue about the discrepancy of today’s seventh
month, being the original fifth month?
A. Yes. So I give them an option of a major important event that
happened in regards to nuclear weapons proliferation to China by one
of the main Roys? This doesn’t matter much as the real seventh
month was significant enough.
Q. So what happened then in July of 1999 that you can directly link to
what the prophecy says?

Clinton already released a statement admitting that the reason he
never went after Osama bin Laden was, he didn't think the public would
be behind a war effort with such a great economy. Take the comment for
what it is. He may be correct on that assessment, but in hindsight one
cannot fail to see a terrorist pattern that developed during his
administration.
Q. Was this report of any consequences?
A. Clinton’s comments on this in May 2002, when Washington Post
(Associated Press) released it were, “ Well we had hundreds of
reports like these all the time.” What the ex-president was
implying that sources could not be confirmed on any of the material in
reports that hit his desk.
Q. What did this report say?
A. Well read it your self; it basically sums up everything that
happened in New York, September 11, 2001. “ Terror from the sky
will come,” is it’s basic message.
This report deals with intelligence information directly outlining the
plan of Osama bin Laden attack on New York. It's eerie, as it
mentions, “Terror from the sky will come,” the exact
phrase used in the prophecy.
Q. Does this mean that it is not about Clinton and Zemin, but about
Osama bin Laden?
A. No! The prophecy reads as a whole geared toward Zemin and Clinton
friendship and the proliferation of high-tech military technology and
it’s cover up.
Q. What is the speculation of the two meaning of the last word of line
two?
A. The speculation as to which old French dictionary carries the
correct definition of the famous last word of line two of the
prophecy, is still debated heavily in Nostradamus circles. Here I use
both versions, and ironically they both fit right in, and have a
unusually complimentary relationship toward each other. Skeptics will
not like it much. So, they can just chose either one if they like, it
doesn’t matter.
Q. Many Nostradamians believed that the famous 1999 prophecy signaled
the start of the end times, or tribulations of planet earth. Is this
true?
A. Yes
Q. What does this have to do about earth’s survival?
A. Lets turn to Americas premier theoretical physicist who was asked
back-when at Harvard University to join Los Alamos, or Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory nuclear laboratories to make atomic
weapons.
Dr. Michio Kaku is an internationally recognized authority in
theoretical physics and also the environment. He holds the Henry Semat
Professorship in Theoretical Physics at the City College and the
Graduate Center of the City University of New York. Dr. Kaku graduated
from Harvard in 1968, summa ***** laude, and number one in his physics
class. He received in Ph.D. from the Univ. of Calif. at Berkeley
Radiation Laboratory in 1972. He held a lectureship at Princeton
University in 1973. He then joined the faculty at the City Univ. of
New York, where he has been a professor of theoretical physics for 25
years. He has been a visiting professor at the Institute for Advanced
Study at Princeton, and also New York University.
He has published over 70 physics articles in physics journals which
include superstring theory, supergravity, supersymmetry, and hadronic
physics. He is the co-founder of string field theory. He also wrote
the first paper on conformal supergravity and the breakdown of
supersymmetry at high temperatures.
Dr. Kaku is also committed to nuclear disarmament. He spoke before a
million people at the June 12, 1982 Peace Rally in Central Park, the
largest peace demonstration in the history of the U.S. His is on the
National Advisory Board of National Sane/Freeze, the largest peace
group in the country.
Dr. Kaku has discussed what he calls type 0,1,2,3 civilizations. Earth
is currently a type 0. Why? A type 0 planet has not gone away from
environmentally destroying its home (Earth) base, and still uses
fossil fuels, instead of cleaner burning types of energy, like solar
and other forms that can be harnessed by the Sun. Eventually he says,
“ Every planets civilization will discover all the basic
elements, and with out a doubt will come upon element 92. That is
Uranium, the material used in fission bombs, such as nuclear weapons.
Every type 0 civilization will be confronted with either destroying
itself with nuclear weapons, before it reaches a type 1 civilization.
Q. So, Nostradamus dated 1999 prophesy generally speaks about nuclear
weapons and the threat to the Earth?
A. Yes!
Q. So we are living in the tribulation time period?
A. Yes!
Q. Can you give a breakdown on each of the 27 words of the prophecy,
not the interpretation, just the basic translation into English?

A. The person uses their skill and opinion to place meaning into the
current events that relate to the date of this prophecy.
Q. Do original copies of the prophecies still exist, and if so where?
A. Yes. Even the long-lost original 1555 edition was rediscovered and
published in facsimile by Michel Chomarat of Lyon in 1984. This is
theone I use. Many of the world's major libraries hold original
copies of early editions (i.e. 1605 and earlier) - including the
Archbishop of Canterbury's Lambeth Palace in London and the Vatican in
Rome. Details may be found in the 'Bibliographie Nostradamus and the
book 'Nostradamus Encyclopedia' (see: Author Peter Lemesurier).
Q. What is the arguments of the two definitions of word 7 in line two?
A. The last word in line 2, which only acquired an apostrophe (thus
making it 'd'effraieur') in corrupt subsequent editions, means
'defraying' or even 'buying off'. Suggests, as elsewhere in “The
Propheties,” that this big-spending or even appeasing ruler has
some kind of authority to sell out (betray) his nation.
Does the word Roy actually mean king, or does it represent another
alternative meaning?
A. Nostradamus uses Roy in the prophecy as a general meaning of a
countries leader. He also place grand in front of both Roys to
indicate importance.
Q. So you linked the first Roy in the prophecy to Bill Clinton?
A. Yes!
Q. How did you come up with Jiang Zemin as the Roy in line three?
I linked all three words d' Angolmois Lit: {Lng} [PA] The
Mongoloid[s] adj; relating to or belonging to a racial group that
includes the people of eastern Asia. No longer used technically)
Mongoloid n. Encarta World English Dictionary and added the
interpretation of grand with Roy to come up with it. No one else could
fit the bill. Both had a face to face meeting in September 11-14, 1999
Pacific Asian Summit.
Q. You have also said that ciel means top and summit can mean
generally the same?
A. Yes!
Q. What about the word d' Angolmois ? Is there such a real word?
A. No! In Nostradamus’s day no such town or province existed
with this spelling the word is assumed ‘Anagram’ by all
interpreters d' means ''the'' in French. Most agree that the proper
anagram of the ancient word is "the Mongolians" or d' Mongolois as
John Hogue puts it. [Lit: {PA} Angolmois is exact Nostradamus anagram
for modern day spelling of ''Mongolians.'']

China the two nations talked about in Nostradamus prophecy were to

we gave them advanced satellites and missile technologies from Loral

proven. But China from 1999 Cox report, which is is legit in its
investigation proved that China has American brand-new nuclear warhead

Q. Was the economy a factor involved in the decision to sell weapon
technology to the Chinese military, who then proliferated it to the
Pakistani’s and Indians?
A. Yes! In view of Clinton moving the Satellite and Missile
technologies transfers from Sate Department to the Commerce department
in 1993-4- with Sectary Brown as head of the Commerce department, the
Pentagon and the Congress were kept out of the decisions, thus making
his treasonous actions against the world secret. March 1999 the
Congress moved it back to the State Department and reclassified
commercial satellites and related components as munitions. This all
happened during a bitter feud between the Republicans and the
Democrats.
Tighter export controls triggered by fears of Chinese espionage are
crippling the U.S. satellite industry and undermining American
technological supremacy at a time of fierce global competition. But
the enormous crimes that were perpetrated by the Beast would be
covered up by the Justice Department and the terrible hatred of the
right by the Democrats?

thing that was kept secret was actually what was being defrayed. When
Ron Brown found out, he telephoned a friend from China and said, that
he was about to make an announcement to resign. He never made it home.
When you look at the NASDAQ records, you will find that the Stock
market peaked March 1999, and when the congress finally stopped
Clinton dealings with the Chinese military, the market has been on a
downfall ever since.

jeopardizing national security for commercial gain. They agree that
some items contained in commercial satellites--such as kick motors,
radiation-hardened chips and encryption devices--should be regulated
as weapons.

and all the countries are receiving this advanced nuclear technology
and proliferation started from there?

improve its nuclear weapons capabilities using material it had
illegally obtained from U.S. satellite makers or spies. But activist
and watchdog groups close to the story over the entire Clinton term
say William J. Clinton personally over saw it, and then tried to cover

A. He is a vary public and protected person, I guess. We live in a
different time where more corruption is tolerated in our country. The
lines between right and wrong our blurred to such an extent that is
readily seems that nothing can be done short of installing an entirely
new government. When we talk about Nostradamus’s process, we
talk about how he looked back in time before looking forward and time
traveled for the information, knowing that history repeats it self. He
knew that when America would become rich and infiltrated with
irreligious people as the left who ideologically hates religion (Most

back at numerous examples of history. Greek’s begun under
right-wing conservative values and by the time the country was
overtaken by the Barbarians, the country was extremely left-wing, and
corrupt beyond belief that they killed 30-years before this the only
one brave enough to stand up and declare that the left was corrupted
in the Athenian government and that squelching of “freedom of
Speech” was also been squashed (Socrates). Nostradamus also
looked at Old Roman Republic that began under extreme right-wing
conservatism before and during the first two Carthaginian wars. After
the third and final Carthaginian war Rome went left-wing and corrupted
slowly over the Centuries to its subsequent fall. The significance is
that we should not be very surprised that Nostradamus knew that all
great civilizations as all of these were do not last forever due to
corruption due to wealth. This prophecy is based on that word
“deffraieur” meaning “contributions” and the
“way that it is used to sell-out your Office (Francis Bacon~
Archaic version of English version Defrayer: "To alienate sacred
office of Church") in this case it was the Oval Office, as the sacred
office for money – plane and simple. This is what happened to
the 450 people who fled from the secret Dan Burton, Joseph Lieberman
trial (Media didn’t report it) in 1997-8 that were accused of
passing on more than $44,000,000 dollars in campaign contributions to
the DNC (Not Clinton Directly) for influence to the President who he
met with them individually, some times at parties (Photos and court
documents exist) and even Wang Jun the foremost Nuclear Weapons
proliferations in the world was reported by the AP as having coffee
with Bill and Hillary at the white in which the Republicans on the
Hill blew their tops as to why such a scumbag would be doing with the
First Lady and President of the United States. The media quickly
dropped the story after the Republicans came involved into “what
was this President really doing.”

A. No! Usually people like me and Socrates and other activists take
the blame and history books are rewritten to cover the tracks of the
criminals against mankind. People are sacred of the truth; because it

Nostradamus stated specifically that he used mythology terms, and
ancient terminology with a myriad of archaic usages in his
prophecies. Thus Mars can represent both March or War. Why? The Roman
mythology myth, stemming back further to Greece and even further back,
was the god of War Mars. And in civilization of Roman during the Roman
Republic Mars was named March the first month of the calendar because
of his importance to them. In fact, before Julius Caesar changed the
Roman calendar from March 21-25 to January first, depending on when
the zodiacal sign or Mars [Greek Aries] would be in the sky, this was
the original beginning of the new year. So the prophecy has to take
September as the month of seven if we follow Nostradamus thinking.

House impeachment--at least for a few more days.
Yet even Rommel had a change of heart, and in July, 1944 he helped
stage an abortive attempt to assassinate Adolph Hitler--too late to
save the 50,000,000 lives lost to Hitler's power seeking ambition.
Rommel chose suicide rather than face a Nazi trial for treason.
Which raises certain questions:
§At what point are the citizens of a nation duty-bound to rise up and
forcibly overthrow a corrupt government?
§ Must they, like Rommel, wait until their government has committed
genocide and squandered the lives of countless young men?
§If a corrupt leader is committed to obstruction of justice, including
obstruction of constitutional impeachment processes, when must the
citizens of a nation rise up and remove him by other means?
These are questions Americans may soon have to face if we do not
gather our good sense, and our courage, and move decisively to impeach
President William Jefferson Clinton, removing him permanently from
office on the grounds of moral bankruptcy.
It would be hard to find anything more cynical than Clinton's
assertion that respect for Ramadan, the monthlong Muslim holiday
beginning this weekend, mandated an immediate attack to avoid
offending Muslim's--akin to suggesting that an attack on a nation
during Christmas Eve would be less likely to offend Christians.
And today's New York Post article, "Whistle-Blow Inspector: It's Wag
the Dog, " quotes former chief U.N. weapons inspector Scott Ritter,
who charges that U.S. officials prodded inspection teams to return to
Iraq last month to provoke a crisis to justify bombing.
For a final test of the legitimacy of Clinton's decision to declare
war on Iraq the day before an impeachment vote of the House of
Representatives, each American must ask himself the question, "Would
I, on the strength of President Clinton's word, risk my life or the
life of my son or daughter, to discipline Saddam Hussein for (of all
things!) lying?" If the answer to this question is not an unreserved
"yes," then that American must oppose President Clinton's decision to

people in general?
A. One thing is that the House of Representatives took down the
Chinagate Court Documents in order to revise History. These included
Joseph Lieberman and Dan Burtons investigative committees full report.
Many documents, including picture of Clinton parting with Chinese
Military Officials, dinner functions for raising campaign
contributions for his two election campaigns, and court documents of
the checks, affidavits, letters of thankyou’s, directions,
transferred weaponry, including the said nuclear weapon components for
GPS systems and advance electronic devices for a fully functional
nuclear weapon program.
This produces over 6-9 million American jobs in the high tech
department making parts and pieces for high-tech electronics that were
then put together by Loral, Motorola, Hughes, and Boeing and shipped
out to China. All these companies have been fined by the government
that equaled pittance of proportion of capital they garnered by these
prosperous deals. Buisness is not bad, yet doing business with a
potential enemy with high-tech gadgetry is a formula for destruction.
Bill Clinton only cared about himself and his apporoval ratings. These
sales brought in excess of a trillion dollars as outlined in Ron
Browns letter from Clinton.
President Clintons dangerous appeasement (deffraieur) of foreign
countries by nuclear technologies transfer's for funds directed at the
democratic party coffers between 1992-3 election, 1996 re-election

A. Clinton was eager to keep the Chinese happy. Perhaps the most
glaring example of Clinton's desire to appease his Chinese paymasters
( A key term Used in X. 72.) involve Loral and Hughes, two American
aerospace firms. Since Loral and Hughes were also major contributors
to Clinton, it is hard to tell where Chinese money ends and American
money begins. Since 1992 Loral and Hughes contributed 2.5 million
dollars to the DNC. During the 1995 - 1996 election cycle Bernard
Schwartz, the CEO of Loral, contributed $600,000 to the DNC. This gave
him the distinction of being the Democrats top individual contributor
for the election cycle. During this time Schwartz wrote Clinton a
letter asking him to transfer licensing authority for Chinese launches
of American satellites from the State Department to the Commerce
Department. The State Department, being more security conscious than
the business oriented Commerce Department, was less likely to approve
the satellite launches. The State Department, Defense Department, CIA,
and NSA all demanded that the State Department not be made to turn
over licensing authority to the Commerce Department. Clinton
disregarded his national security agencies and transferred licensing
authority to the Commerce Department. He agreed to give the Commerce
Department licensing authority in March 1996 but delayed making it
official until November fifth, the day after he was re-elected.
Knowing his decision was politically risky, Clinton simply waited
until he was re-elected to reward his Chinese and American
contributors and slap the United States security institutions in their
collective faces.
