I got my free flu shot last week in downtown TO. Just as I was =
leaving, I saw a couple of seniors, a man and a woman talking to the =
receptionist. They were about to pay for the flu shot. I told them =
they didn't have to. It was free. Turns out, they weren't Canadians. =
They came up from the States for a shot - still only 12$ Canadian, not =
bad. =20

P.S. Maybe I'll see the couple again, when they need to get =
prescription drugs.
P.P.S So dreamer, are you in Baghdad yet? No? I didn't think so.

Hi fellow Canuck,
I just had mine last week on the wet coast, also free. I'm amazed that
Americans are risking thier health and well being by coming to Canada for a
flu shot since Bush is desperately trying to protect his populace from
inferior and dangerous drugs from third world countries. Bush must be
getting some significant campaign contributions and deposits in his offshore
account from the pharmacuetical industry. I would rather see ads on TV
promoting cures and treatments for most of humanities health concerns than
aother ad for a product to give you a fucking woody.

I got my first flu shot last year and felt lousy all winter. I'll =
skip it this year and take my chances!
BTW, eric, it may be hard for a welfare bum to understand, but nothing =
is "free"! I have no desire to dispense with socialized medicine, but =
let's not pretend it doesn't cost anything!

Well then......where do you suggest Canadians go to get sick?
Hospitals in the US are bad about spreading germs, especially staph
infection. You just can't see those suckers and don't know that you are
spreading them!
Often times, when you take a well pet to the veterinary hospital, they
will come back with something they picked up there.
My advice is to stay out of those places where the sick and infected
congregate.

No, like cobwebs all hospitals get the dreaded staph, there is a new
strain, it now has gone up a notch in being completely immune to
antibiotics.
But there are more little nasties mainfesting in the houses of the
sick.
