The most fascinating UFO video I've seen in years~! The videographer is
from Port Angeles, WA, and it appears this is from a TV program in an
Eastern European nation. It was posted only 13 hours ago. I'm trying to
contact this guy for more info.
I've never seen anything like this daytime UFO which is on the ground in a
heavy forested mountainous area and then it begins to move....

Wrong. This is old and has already been thoroughly debunked. It's a joke,
the producers have already confessed. You can even see the guy in the tree
releasing the balloons. Also notice the camera is quite capable of zooming
in closer, yet the cameraman quickly zooms out every time and keeps it
zoomed out most of the time so people can't make an easy determination.
This didn't fool video experts at all. There is nothing unusual at all
about how it looks or floats. It doesn't fly at all, idiot. The best you
could say about this is it's a UFB, unidentified floating balloon.

So, it's a bunch of balloons and it's a hoax. Well, so what? There are
plenty of UFO videos that have unidentified phenomena. It's still a damned
creative hoax which I doubt anyone with your pinhead could've devised.
And whether you like it or not, there are truly unidentified aerial
phenomena. The French, US, Irish, British, Belgium, Canadian, Chilean,
Australian, etc., official government studies have confirmed there are a
hardcore small percentage of unexplained sightings. I investigated UFO
sightings for years and have seen several myself. Perhaps you haven't seen
any? Well, if not, I guess I have an experience you'd envy, since you are
relegated to perusing the net for others' experiences -- to deny and
ridicule. LOL! Diddles.

This is not new, it's been around a while. Don't know what it is though,

It's new to me. I don't spend nearly as much time watching videos on the
net as you apparently do. And for it being a bunch of balloons,
realistically, dude, that's all it could conventionally be. If it's not
that, then it's something quite extraordinary. In any case, it's a *UFO*,
technically, whether you like it or not. I know it must disturb your bored
mundane existence to think there's some phenomenon we can't always
explain, but it's a fact you'll have to live with.
And that's why I've just accepted we don't know everything about the world
or universe we live in, and so some of it is currently unexplained and
mysterious.
If all of life was just materialism and your precious self, politics and
religion, sex and relationships, it'd be a tiring dreary world for most of
us. That is probably why you spend much time perusing the videos, looking
for something to sparkle up your dull cynical bitchy life.
