Object: comp.lang.c++.moderated technical problems
Due to some unresolved technical problems it seems that new clc++m
articles have not been propagated to Usenet for the last 24 hours or so.
I'll follow up to this posting when we know more or the problem is fixed.
Cheers,
- Alf, for the clc++m moderators

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is it such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.
Q: What is the most annoying thing on usenet and in e-mail?
.

Could you wave your magic wand over comp.std.c++ too?

Possibly e-mailing James Dennett or Fergus Henderson (active csc++
moderators) would do the trick.
See <url: http://www.comeaucomputing.com/csc/faq.html#A6>.
Hasten to add: I can't take credit for fixing the clc++m propagation
problem, and we don't really know -- but Daveed tried poking with
/his/ wand in the innards of the archaic, convoluted server scripts,
removing a suspect lock, and somehow things started working when he
indicated that now could be a good time to test again.
Cheers, & hth.,

I have done so. It may be worth someone else trying too.
